Asa is the best!
I passed my test in my first attempt and that’s all thanks to Asa! He is a great instructor who is serious, thorough and genuinely invested in his learners’ success. He makes every lesson count, teaching as much as possible to make progress. He is honest in his feedback and I never felt that I was having to book more lessons than neccessary. He has a method and you can trust that, if you follow it, you will pass! I am grateful that I found Asa and cannot thank him enough for his help in getting my license🙏

Exceptional driving instructor
I couldn’t have asked for a better driving instructor! From day one, Homaira was calm, patient, and incredibly professional. She has a brilliant way of explaining things clearly and breaking down difficult manoeuvres into simple steps. Whenever I made a mistake, she never got frustrated. Instead, she always gave me constructive feedback with a smile and encouraged me to improve. She truly believed in me, which built up my confidence.Homaira was always on time for our lessons. Thank you so much for your support and thorough preparation. I passed my driving test the very first time! I felt completely safe and confident behind the wheel. Guess what? She even got me test-ready in just three weeks. After my first lesson with her, I knew I would pass. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn how to drive.

DO NOT make a block booking!
Whatever you do, DO NOT make a block booking! If something goes wrong - like your driver not showing up, not even your fault - they refuse to refund you, they only credit your account so you can't go elsewhere. Thank goodness we only booked for two sessions, so only have two lessons to make up. But will not go close to them after these two sessions - they are exploitative and dishonest, they credit your account with less than you booked for (because they deduct a "platform fee"???). Much better to find a small company that takes responsibility for their drivers. They have absolutely no idea about good customer service - It would have been so easy for them to retain a customer by saying "Sorry" and here is some extra credit towards a future lesson. Avoid!!

Excellent instructor! Made my brand new driver 17 year old daughter completely at ease and her confidence and enthusiasm after 1 lesson is really high. Clear instruction, lots of practical advice, safety focussed and really calm and friendly. She's really looking forward to learning with Kyber.

I arranged to have a refresher lesson…
I arranged to have a refresher lesson as I had many lessons in the past and needed to get back at it.
Not only did the driver not show up at the alotted time, but he didnt even call me or tell me what was happening.
I called 5 minutes after the lesson was supposed to begin at which point he told me he had a flat tyre. If this is true the first thing you should do is rearrange the lesson/ at least tell them the situation.
When I enquired about a refund, as I had decided to use another more reliable company for lessons, they told me it was against policy to issue a refund for this matter.
It isnt a policy issue for me, its common courtesy. I am now continuing with a trustworthy instructor and company and Ezlicese have still stolen my 50 pounds (extortionate for an hour).

Do not use Ez Licence!! They lock your money! I feel scammed!
Edit update. They just send a generic reply down below. There is no alternative driver as they only do 9-5 weekdays which I cannot. I have escalated with my credit card company and trading standards. I feel absolutely scammed. They have trapped my money and failed to provide a service. They also have removed the driver I complained about so I cannot report or leave a review on them on the site directly.
Do not use Ez Licence!!! They have trapped over £1,000 of my money in their platform system and are refusing to issue a cash refund, even though they failed to provide a workable service.
My original instructor went completely silent, kept his calendar locked, and failed to provide agreed lesson slots for over a month, causing severe stress. He didn't show up twice! Then lied about availability.
When I asked for a different option, the alternative instructor they offered had zero weekend or after-hours availability for the next month, which is completely useless for anyone working a standard 9-5 job.
Despite having no suitable instructors available in my area and failing to deliver what I paid for, Ez Licence simply closed my support ticket and insisted on keeping my money trapped as store credit. They have zero interest in customer service or basic fairness once they have your cash!
Save yourself the hassle and do not book!

Adrineh lesson experience
I’ve really enjoyed my driving lessons with Adrineh. She’s very patient and easy to get along with, and she explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. I feel a lot more confident driving now compared to when I first started. She’s also really good at pointing out things I need to improve without making me feel pressured. Would definitely recommend her!
