I booked a manual driving lesson…
I booked a manual driving lesson through EzLicence, but the information on the website was not up to date. Just minutes after booking, the instructor cancelled, explaining that the car had broken down with no clear timeline for repair.
Although I booked on 18 April, it took four days to receive a refund confirmation email, which stated the refund could take 5–10 working days. While I appreciate their responsiveness, this delay was caused by inaccurate information on their platform, and I don’t think customers should have to wait nearly two weeks due to such issues.

EZLicense helped me to find my manual driving instructor in my area where it's almost impossible to book anyone and start lessons. Rahan was my main driving instructor since I met him. He helped to build my confidence on the roads which was tricky since I am pretty anxious. He is calm and patient, he explains well and let you always try again and again until you're able to do it on your own. I recommend him if you'd like to pass your driving exam and be a safe confident driver afterwards.

Driving lessons with Taraqueel. Fantastic instructor, very calm and good at explaining everything. All of our lessons feel structured and efficient, with even diagrams and acroynms to help learn and practice different manouvers etc. would definitely recommend.

Delroy is a heck of a teacher
