Everything that I needed to know was that explained clearly & concisely. I was given a clear understanding of the research carried regarding our location and what properties we sold recently. Due to your company policy of sole agency to sell our house I decided at present I would continue with a local multi agency to try to sell our house.

Jess was excellent, non-pressurising, clear, informative and friendly - very good at what she does. However the way Express Estate Agency advertised their service was mis-leading. Inferring to be able to purchase the house at a certain price, using a misleading choice of words to push the eastate agency side of the business.
