Clarity provided on services available and solutions offered to us as customers. As the meeting went on it became more apparent to us that solution 1 was effectively being discouraged due to the lack of financial viability for us and that solution 2 was the route preferred by the company.

A very positive and professional…
A very positive and professional experience with this company. Abbie contacted as agreed, on time very clear goals as to our meeting and how the company could help me with the sale of my property. Her explanations were clear, to the point, reasoned and evidence based. She had a very welcoming personality and encouraged questions, discussed areas of uncertainty about the selling and marketing strategies. Very sound advice. No pressure just clear and confident support accompanied by a good presentation.
I have no hesitation to recommend Abbie or this company. I will be using them in the future when the next opportunity arises and will definitely be recommending them to friends.

We were very impressed with the service…
We were very impressed with the service we received. Despite some difficult and at times challenging behaviour from the buyers, Georgia handled our sale, remained professional, calm and courteous throughout.
Communication was excellent, and we always felt kept informed and supported. She genuinely went above and beyond what we expected, and we are very grateful for all her help.
We would highly recommend her and the agency.

Great advice and explanation.
Nick thoroughly explained why we are not reaching the right audience to sell our house. He gave some really good advice and we could see the benefits of placing our house on the market using both domestic and commercial platforms.

I liked the idea of using on an on line agency, but not all its cracked up to be…
I liked the idea of using on line to sell imy property but beginning to regret it now as you cannot get hold of anyone!!! Phones just either ring, are constantly engaged or mailbox are full!!
I am stuck now as I've agreed a sale, typical example, just had a voicemail to call back, rang straight away number just rings and goes dead. With think twice if I was to sell again as its so frustrating as in the beginning to get my business they were very attentive... I understand why now.
Doesn't work out much cheaper either, would use a local firm next time.

Extremely disappointing experience….
Extremely disappointing experience with this estate agency.
My viewing was cancelled because I was told by the owner they were unwell, which I completely understood. However, when I tried to rearrange the appointment, my calls went unanswered for three days.
I was then told the property had been sold. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was told I had made an offer on the property, which is completely untrue. I never made an offer at any point as I hadn’t even seen the house so how was that possible. Later, despite telling me the property had been sold, they contacted me again asking if I wanted to view the same property, which was very confusing and inconsistent.
The communication throughout the process was poor, and I was given conflicting information. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency at all.
