terrible communication
terrible communication , didn’t pass information on to the vendor , never available when you tried to contact him he was always either off sick , out to lunch , working from home , or on annual leave started to wonder if he even existed at one point . The Vendor used their recommended conveyancers as well and they were just as awful missed our completion date because of how slow in reaponding they were .

Im not a fan of agents that dont really…
Im not a fan of agents that dont really do as much as a "normal" agency. This agency sends automatic texts and emails within 10 minutes of your viewing asking for feedback. Then the next day as well. Then another automatic text and email to ask if you want to make an offer the following day. I dont like this. Also before my offer was made and accepted the response times from Olivia was at longest a couple of hours but now they have agreed a figure with me it took her 24 hours before she emailed the client with some quite important questions.
****UPDATE. 01.09.2026. The sales progresser has ignored 3 emails and 5 calls. If I dont have an update this week im pulling out of the purchase!****

I was told that there was no contact to tie me in and then I read the T&C and it was 16 weeks.
I have someone who is interested in my property from my existing agent but hasn’t sold. I was not told that if they buy then I’d still be paying Express 1.5%.
Really disappointed to be totally misled.
