Honest and helpful
Polite, professional and honest advice provided by Rhianna. Ultimately the service on offer was not suitable for our situation but appreciated the candid advice offered to allow us to make the right decision. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to explore alternative routes to selling their home.

Terrible customer service
We were initially happy with the service provided in preparation for our house going on the market.
However, for personal reasons we had to withdraw our house from the market back in July. We asked for all emails to be stopped and they promised to do so.
Since then we are receiving monthly emails with details of a property we had viewed but also, more concerning we keep getting emails advising us on our own property - even though it has been withdrawn for sale.
they said they would change their records and yet they still haven't done so and we continue to get emails
We are concerned therefore about what information is being shared about our own property which is incorrect.
Tried calling them but just get cut off. Tried calling the member of staff direct but get cut off.
The communication since the issue has been diabolical - although they were very quick to tell us of our legal obligations to them should we sell the house within a set period of time.
Getting hold of them is nigh on impossible and i would advise anyone to be wary of using this company because of the reliance on telephone and email communications - which they fail miserably on

To me they seem like it's just another estate agent at double the price, or apparently they will buy the house for cash only at a greatly reduced price of approx 30%

Not sure id recommend
Not sure id recommend. They dont do the viewings, they take an extortionate fee, theyre majorly behind on progress, theyd always ring me days or even weeks later with information I already knew. I dont think theyre any better than a high street agent.

Avoid! Thieves!
Worst estate agency I have ever worked with. They tell you they can sell your home. I understand how they do it now because they keep dropping the price of your house without your consent so you get lower offers just so they can make some money. They stole money from me! I was told I had to send £150 for solicitor documents which they took and then they removed my house off the market without speaking to me. They are thieves, you need to avoid them at any cost. Do not list your home with them because they will do whatever they want with it. Your say does not matter. They will continuously hound you and bombard you with calls to get what they want and when you don’t answer they’ll just change it to what they want anyway.
Even told them I did not want my house taken off the market as I thought it was done by mistake but they don’t respond. They are thieves, liars and only look out for themselves.
As you can see below they say they have attempted contact but no one has even tried. They don’t even provide a simple email address for me to send an email to trying to fix the issues. They can’t find any details as they say on every negative review to avoid blame. They’re full of lies.

Expr3ss nowledgeable and professional
Samantha was pleasant to deal with and very professional. She answered all our questions knowledgeably, with good oversight and understanding of problems we've had with our existing agent.
We have two weeks left on our existing contract, at which time we will be looking for a new agent. We intend to do some improvement/refurbish work and once completed, we intend to get back in touch with Express Offers to put the property back on the market, around the end of October.
