Difference between on line and traditional estate agents

Very very good from start to finish
Very very good from start to finish. Georgia Corrigan was handling the sale of our property and she is absolutely amazing. Very patient and efficient throughout the process.
We are a property owners and now I am 100% sure that if I want to buy or sell any property, Express Estate Agent, will be my first and last choice.

The worst estate agent I’ve ever used
The worst estate agent I’ve ever used, terrible communication, Anderson Bailey eventually stopped replying to my emails. Out of interest I submitted an enquiry to see what a potential buyer got (answer - nothing, no phone call no follow up at all). We had one viewing who turned up at our door without us being told. Despite only ever having one viewing with them in our final email from Anderson apparently there were 5 people to whom they introduced the property, one of whom was myself who was never contacted, but clearly there were 3 other leads who never converted. Useless company, don’t waste your time like we did

Olivia at Express Estate Agency
We were just going to switch back to a local estate agent and then like an angel, Olivia appeared. We had had zero viewings in about 6 weeks, then one call with Olivia and everything changed. 6 viewings in 2 weeks! What an absolute diamond.
Phone calls and updates were lacking... then came Olivia and we were touching base weekly.
We had an offer which we were close to accepting and Olivia advised that we we negotiate higher - brilliant.
We had an offer were they wished us to withdraw the property - again brilliant advise from Olivia was NOOOO - don't do that.
Can't speak highly enough of her. I'm just so sad that it wasn't her that spoke with the successful offer people but your brilliant team (and Josh) picked up and wrapped it up like an Xmas present.
Whatever happens next pre contract - we are delighted.
