Received an email asking me to rate my delivery. WHAT DELIVERY?. They said my parcel had been posted through my letterbox but it would have been too big to have been but through. The picture of “Proof of delivery” was a picture taken in the delivery drivers car. I asked for the exact time of delivery as I have CCTV. The time didn’t come but the parcel was delivered 4 days later. What a shower of ****. They haven’t even been in touch to apologise. Why does any company use this courier. Would have given them a 0 rating if I could have.

My complaint is as a seller who has been chasing a parcel since I dropped it off at the Parcelshop on 3 June where it was scanned and I was given a ticket. Parcel weighs 2.6kg and size is 13x13x22cm.

According to tracking the parcel did not get collected but on checking next day with staff I was informed that all parcels had been collected. This is where the problems start as it turns out the package was not scanned by the courier/agency worker before he took it so unfortunately tracking could not be updated to show where it was in the system. I would be curious to know what the courier has done with this item, after all, a parcel doesn't just disappear into thin air but I will let you draw your own conclusions as to what could have happened. It is now 8 June and despite being told someone would get back to me by 6th I am still waiting..........

If I could give a Minus I would. Not for the 1st time this useless company claim to have delivered my parcel from Amazon but it has NOT been delivered here. Sadly in Manchester Evri employ a lot of people who neither/barely speak, read or understand ENGLISH & who in the past have delivered to completely different addresses .The photo of where they have dumped it is 100% NOT HERE

Stay away from evri at all costs. Parcel expected 31st May, as of 6th June, still hasn't arrived. Continuously fobbed off with alternate delivery dates. When you want to escalate to complaint, no human to talk to, just AI.

Delivery scheduled for 17.00 to 18.00 only for them to change it exactly 15.30 to between 14.30 and 15.30 I get an email whilst I'm miles away in which they just left my items in the communal hallway which I did not agree too. Really wish companies would stop using Evri, the parcels often go missing or not delivered even when you've paid extra for next day delivery. You also cannot speak to a person it's all bots. This also provides an opportunity for scammers. I commented on Instagram and then had multiple scam messages of people posing as Evri customer service employees. The irony being I don't think Evri have customer service employees. I'm genuinely going to have to stop online shopping as the last 3 out of 4 orders haven't gone smoothly when Evri have been involved

My usual Evri courier always gets five stars, this one was not the usual one, this one could'nt be bothered to ring my doorbell or knock on the door, fortunately I was in a room where I could hear my gate open, and then close, wondering why, I opened the door to find my parcel just dumped on my doorstep, it was raining heavily, It was not left in a safe place, I have no safe place. Evri delivery photo actually shows it abandoned outside my front door, courier says it was left outside my back door which is not accessible unless you climb over a 2 metre high gate !! It could very easily be picked up by anyone passing. Couriers are paid to deliver a parcel, not dump it in the pouring rain on a doorstep. I had no plans to go out today, so, if not stolen, it would have been out all night and until around 10am the following day, disgusting.
Evri "A Den of Criminal Minded Employees"
I am reposting this because it is increasingly evident that Evri, as a delivery company, does not prioritise its customers. Their communication channels, particularly for missing parcels, are ineffective, and the resolution offered a mere £20 refund plus the postage fee is entirely inadequate.
On 4th April 2025, I was standing at my front door waiting to receive a delivery from Evri. The tracking information suddenly stopped updating, and I was later informed via email that the parcel could not be delivered that day and would arrive on 5th April 2025. That delivery never occurred, and to this date, I have not received my item.
This is not an isolated incident. Just a week ago, a friend of mine experienced a similar issue. An Evri driver marked a parcel as delivered, even uploaded a proof-of-delivery photo then left with the item. My friend was not home to accept the parcel, yet Evri insists it was successfully delivered.
A simple search online reveals that countless other customers have suffered from missing parcels, poor service, and lack of accountability. A company that claims to serve the public yet consistently fails in transparency and reliability should reconsider its place in the market.
What is most frustrating is the inconsistency in Evri’s responses:
First, they claimed my item was a prohibited parcel.
Then, they stated the item had been located and would be delivered.
Later, they said the delivery was under investigation.
Eventually, they confirmed the parcel was missing and issued a refund of only £20 plus £4.95 postage.
This is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed, and regardless of how long it takes, I am committed to holding Evri accountable for this experience.

I was told my parcel would arrive between 7 and 9 pm - at around 7 pm, so pretty short notice. The parcel was simply left on my doorstep, in full view of anyone passing the house at gone eleven o'clock that night, without any attempt at letting me know - the courier didn't knock to tell me. That's bad enough, but I became really angry when I saw the courier's photo that purported to show the parcel being put through the letterbox. Firstly it wasn't put through the letterbox, just left on the doorstep; secondly it could not possibly have gone through the letterbox as the parcel is too big. The courier had held the parcel up to the letterbox to make it look like he or she had posted it - deliberate deception. I'm not a complaining person by nature, but this is shockingly poor service.

OMG ! a few months ago I purchased some trainers. It took EVRI 2weeks to get them to me in March 2025 after I paid for next day delivery. Recently I got some some stuff from amazon. The item I purchased came from (CHINA ) i tracked the item all the way from China 6000 miles away .

The last couple of months Evri have been terrible!
My last order took for days to get to me after reaching the depot. I was eventually given a time of delivery between 5-7pm.
My parcel arrived at 10-45pm and was just dumped on my doorstep.
This is far to late at night and the didn't even bother knocking the door or closing my gate behind them.
I made a order through tictok last Friday, which should have been delivered within 2 days.
Tiktok done their part. As it has been with Evri since Sunday.
It's still not out for delivery.
There is no way of getting hold of anyone. Just this stupid virtual chat that doesn't give you a option for you to tell them the problem, it just tell me, 'great news, your parcel will be delivered tomorrow'.
Tomorrow!!!! The person who I bought this present for, well it's there birthday today!

I live in a small village in Swanmore.
We used to have such a lovely delivery man, and would always get our delivery either the same day as it reached the depot or the very next!
And he always knocked the door to let us know it had arrived.

What a joke ! Parcel on its way , then there’s an issue , says update will be 24hous but 3 days later still nothing . You cannot contact this company , you end up talking to a robot which gives you the option of what to choose , it repeats the same message every time you ring or chat , and then has the audacity to say if you need more help to ring back !!! They promise to pass on your message/ update you in 24hours and also phone you but nothing ! No human no help no parcel …

I can't get in touch with Evri to resolved a problem. You just go round in circles trying to find a solution using their contact number or website.

I would give ZERO 5 stars if it was an option.
I needed a book urgently by yesterday; had an email to say it had been delivered at my local post office; went there & they could find no details of it on their system. (They even searched in their cupboard.) After half an hour I gave up.
Their "helpline" is even worse, if that's possible. When I entered the tracking ref. that EVRI themselves had given me, I was told that their system "doesn't recognize this number."
And now, to add insult to injury, I've just received an email saying "Your parcel has been successfully delivered on 7 June" [today is 1 June!!!]
Please, everyone: (i) read the other Trustpilot reviews; (ii) help to put this company out of business!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The " business " is the worst transporter choice I have had the misfortune to use in 40 years of logistics. They lost my valuable parcel ( the size of a suitcase) and up until now, more than 2 weeks, they have a system of automated bots dealing with their incompetence. I can't reach a human, they have collection points but that is all they are. Never use these people under ANY circumstances

Evri is the most terrible company to deal with!! Never again will I use this company! I sent a Large, colourful, suitcase of clothes which I had sold, to an address in Devon, from Alfreton, Derbyshire, on the 16th May and it still hasn't arrived - apparently it's lost!!??? I have made several reports to no avail and in the meantime, lost customers!
