Absolutely useless. Constantly miss delivering parcels to wrong address. Then can’t find them. No customer service. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Complaints are just ignored.

This was an important part we needed for a machine. Had we known Omtech used Evri before we placed the order we would never had ordered from them. We're a small business and your truly shocking service and resulted in us having to cancel a number of orders. We dispatch 1000's of orders ourselves each year and would never even think of using Evri because of this.

Absolutely TERRIBLE delivery time.
I avoid any company that sends via Evri.
Delivery guys are great, its the system and hold ups that makes their jobs impossible.
Item can be waiting for days from arriving at local dispatch point to actually leaving dispatch point and getting to me.
Avoid using Evri
Sent a very, very large parcel from Warwick to Stanmore two weeks ago and still not delivered. Cost me over £12.00 but until it is delivered back to the company I purchased the item from as a return I cannot obtain my refund of £133.00. It was sent me me by the supplier using Evri so I thought I would use them to return it. Big mistake!
So Evri are you going to refund my £12.00 payment? Pathetic!
Two days later! Same old message. "Your parcel is at the depot waiting for delivery." Then unable to speak to anyone again, as it was 2 DAYS ago, because Evri are experiencing technical issues! Will these be the same technical issues you were experiencing two days ago? So here is the deal, Evri. Since you are clearly refusing to take calls and you are costing me money, i.e.£133.00, I am waiting to get refunded, and since I cannot talk to anyone about the insurance you took off me for insurance. You have until Monday, June 16th, after that it will be the small claims court, since I have to conclude you have lost my parcel. So I make that £145.00 you owe me including the fee I paid you to deliver it, including the insurance.

Where’s my parcel… it’s difficult to find ways to talk human. Awful service.
Nothing but Worry.
Parcel sent 23/5. Due to arrive28/5. It did not. It was declared lost. Impossible to speak to anyone in person at Evri. Artificial intelligence only on email. Automated replies on phone which cut off. I replaced parcel contents and resent. Evri chatbox said they would deal with a claim. Parcel eventually turned up after a further 9 days so I asked for only the duplicated postage. Evri have never bothered to reply. They may not be as expensive as Royal Mail but in my experience are unreliable and uncommunicative. Never to be used again.

Evri is the WORST parcel courier ever . Twice in two weeks my items have been dumped somewere by the same driver Jayne .Contacted Evri the first time who accepted they lost the parcel
And offered no compensation . Just a weak sorry .The same driver has again not delivered my item
And I have received the exact same email
Saying sorry it’s lost . No offer of compensation. I am going g to take legal
Action against them
As this company getting away with this on such a large scale .i urge anyone not to use them .
No delivery update poor service
I have had a parcel with Evri since June 6th, 2025, at 1:22 AM. Since then, I’ve been trying to track it down, but the system always leads me to a chatbox that just says someone will get back to me, which has never happened. The reason we send or order parcels is because we need them, and waiting this long without communication is completely unacceptable. It’s extremely frustrating, especially since I’m waiting for my children’s important school documents. I was hoping they would have received their items by now. There’s no call center number to contact—only an option to confirm that they have my parcel. I’m really angry and disappointed by the service.

Parcel not delivered been 11 days now.numerous emails and chat bots all saying it is out for delivery but never comes.then says its lost.last 2 updates were your parcel is out for delivery today sun 8th June then says sorry can't deliver will deliver tomorrow 9th June today.said between 3 and 5 pm did not turn up.sent email got automated email saying courier behind on delivery but will be delivered.absolute bull.s..t never arrived.disgusting way to treat customers who's running this company? Hope he or she is not getting a bonus for failure.never using them again.

They keep abandoning the parcels in one of the block lobbies without even bothering to buzz. Many parcels have been stolen in the past month. My block has two entrances and my parcel was abandoned at the other entrance. Disgraceful!

This lot are total morons, requested my parcel delivered to my safe place, but the driver left it on my doorstep on view to everybody walking by, so when I got home about 6pm, it was gone thanks to the dumb driver that can't read instructions, how hard is it really, there is even a sign on my door saying where to leave it, will not be buying off anyone who uses these morons🤬

Evri is the worst delivery service on the face of the planet. They're unreliable, unresponsive, un-everything. I don't know how a delivery company can be as bad as they are and still get custom from shops! I make sure now not to buy from shops using Evri delivery.
