Parcel was 4 days late, no tracking updates or explanation as to why. I contacted Amazon to say parcel not received and was given a refund and told I can decline to accept the parcel if it turned up. Lather that night - about 8.30 pm, a delivery driver rang my bell to deliver the parcel. I started to explain that as I had a refund i am declining the delivery. The driver went nuts and started shouting that he didnt have time to listen to me and I should "open the effing door!". I said no and he said then he would leave it outside the building. I live on a busy street in London so it would likely be stolen as has happened in the past. I wish all online companies would publish which delivery service is being used by sellers so we have an option to shop elsewhere and avoid unreliable companies like Evri.
No customer service

Will not buy in future from any seller using Evri. They are a load of rubbish. Too busy with their European markets.

Cos where l live & evri drivers can't read numbers made me have go for evri locker but since Monday 20th had out for delivery & not moved since, been asking evri what going off no answer take 24 hours reply but still haven't reply with in 24 hours,
The evri company need to be updated or need to be finished gone for good cos service is useless!

Hey, I’m sure it’ll not be found, just like the one in February which was supposed to be delivered to the same parcel shop and I got a report back from you that it must have been lost.
2 years ago you managed to lose a double mattress. I’m assuming it may have fallen between the drivers seat and the central console.
This is actually getting beyond belief now. I had to get all my parcels diverted to a parcel shop because the empty head driver kept repeatedly dropping my parcels off at an apartment complex 2 streets away. It seems Evri are beyond help and their customer service must be nonexistent. I don’t want to speak to a bot or talk through emails, I want to speak to a human being. I’ve asked for call back after call back and nothing has ever been received.
Your company is a shambles.
I will not have to claim a full refund for the goods Evri have once again lost or the delivery driver needs investigating.
Evri is a total headache
I ordered 3 items online. On the 15th of April, 2 out of the 3 items were delivered.
On the 16th of April, I received an email from Evri, informing me that a parcel had been received for delivery, "damaged beyond repair" and that I should contact the vendor to arrange a refund or replacement. The email had a certificate of damage attached, presumably so that I can forward it to the vendor as proof.
However, the information Evri supplied, regarding the vendor and tracking number, are completely different to those that I have at the time of making my purchase!
That in and of itself has little to do with Evri BUT when I tried to contact Evri to garner a little more information it is IMPOSSIBLE to do so.
You are given two options:
1. Use their online chat facility
2. Physically call them
When I called and entered the tracking number, I was told, "This parcel was damaged beyond repair. Contact the vendor direct". Fantastic! I already knew that but was hoping to actually speak to a human who might just possess a brain cell and could help me investigate WHO the vendor is!
I then tried their online chat. I wish I hadn't bothered. You are given 3 basic options, none of which has anything to do with what I want and it is operated by AI (no-one can read a question and type a reply in 0.000000001 seconds) and once I had given the tracking number, it too informed me the parcel was damaged beyond repair and I could not send any further information or ask another question!
WHY DO YOU NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO SPEAK TO ANYONE? WHY DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT SO BLOODY DIFFICULT?
It is not your responsibility if the vendor uses two different names and/or tracking numbers, but perhaps you could have garnered me with further information to help me resolve the issue.
It is of little surprise that the majority of your reviews are bad, because you don't listen to what is being said and you certainly don't care enough to do anything about the feedback received, yet you persist in sending emails asking for feedback on your deliveries.
Why don't you man up and start employing real people who can answer telephones and cover online chats! Obviously, none of you have ever availed yourselves of Evri's services when ordering something online!

I ordered a very expensive bottle of perfume from Debenhams on March 7th and it mysteriously disappeared from Evri's depot ! Ordered a resend and although I requested it sent by another company with a 24hr service, Debenhams still sent it via Evri ! This second bottle has now been confirmed, by Evri, to be lost !!! I have now requested a refund which I might get before Christmas if I'm lucky, but instead of searching their depot I think they should consider who has handled these parcels !

Not sure if this is the correct way of replying to my post on EVRI from EVRI but it is EVRI BIT as useless as the company its self. It suggests they are sorry I have had such a bad experience. This is every company using EVRI to send parcels to me over a long peroid of time.It is not a one off. The suggestion in the reply ." Their home complaints page". Really !!!!!!. I have tried this . Tears of fraustration. Clocks ticking my life away. This IS Shocking customer care. The recipient stuck bettween the sender ,thier customer. All other delivery companies manage to deliver on time and to the door. If you are notified it is an EVRI delivery your heart sinks.
Absolutely useless company
Absolutely useless company, there is no option to speak to a human, and their chatbot is unhelpful. Says my parcel was delivered but it never arrived, and there's nothing I can fo about it as the website is now telling me that the postcode for my order number is incorrect.
No Paper Receipt from Evri, No Proof of Postage
Anyone selling on platforms like Vinted should think twice before using Evri. They no longer provide a paper receipt meaning if something goes wrong you have no redress against them. In my case I scanned the label provided by Vinted at the Evri drop off shop being advised I would receive an email receipt. It didn't arrive and when I tried to track the parcel it said it was still with the sender! I went back to the shop the next day but there was no sign of the parcel. Ultimately this was a complete loss for me although Vinted did refund the purchaser. With hindsight I would have taken a picture of the details on the scanner machine but am now thinking it's best not to use Evri who just told me to go back to Vinted for help. I wonder what happens to all those parcels floating around in the Evri system that have a label and a tracking code on them? Come on Evri you can do better than this! To top it all Vinted states the item was cancelled because I didn't send it in time!!

I was expecting three parcels, only one arrived. The only communication I get is that the delivery is delayed but with no indication of when it will arrive. The help is next to useless because they dictate what you want to say.
They are an example of the worst kind of business practices yet they are putting better companies who charge more (but do the job and pay their staff) out of business.
Avoid using them. If you order on line, insist that you don't want Evri. Pass this on. We need to teach Evri a lesson. The sooner we put them out of business, the better.

Got a standard generated reply inviting me to call as I had previously. I did. Quoted the tracking number and was disconnected in exactly the same manner as before.

customer service is non existent. They have had my parcel for 25 days with no updates in the last 2 weeks. Ezra the useless bot is no help at all. I have requested a phone call so many times, never get one. Emails from "Claire" word for word the same as with previous deliveries that never turned up. Just automated responses. Trying to phone I have left messages requesting someone phone me, no one ever does. I will never want to order from anyone that uses Evri

I’m 62 and can say with total honesty this is the worst company for customer service.
