Evri is a completely untrustworthy company!
Evri is the most terrible company to deal with!! Never again will I use this company! I sent a Large, colourful, suitcase of clothes which I had sold, to an address in Devon, from Alfreton, Derbyshire, on the 16th May and it still hasn't arrived - apparently it's lost!!??? I have made several reports to no avail and in the meantime, lost customers!

How Evri can operate as a business is baffling. It’s poor service to cancel a delivery even though the customer is told online at 10pm that it’s still being delivered. Evri - give yourself a shake and act like a customer orientated company.

Absolutely diabolical service four times they’ve said they have tried to deliver my package and say I wasn’t home when I had taken time out to be home for that package really frustrating really annoying. Really don’t recommend using this company.

For the umpteenth time, dreadful service from Evri.
I swore in the past to never use them again but this delivery was via Amazon and I was not aware that the company uses Evri.
Can't be bothered with detailed explanation but...
Supposed to deliver on Tuesday, had the usual "we tried to deliver" which was untrue as we were in.
Supposed to deliver between 7 and 9 pm on the Saturday so stayed in, no delivery.
With no notice the garden table and chairs were delivered on the Sunday and simply dumped by the front door by a busy road as we were not in!!!

Evri takes a MINIMUM 6 days to get to me yet Yodel reach me in 3. If it rains my parcels arrive soaking wet with the paper label barely readable. The driver explained it was because they have to sort their routes outside in all weather. No wonder so many parcels go missing, how can you deliver a parcel when the label gets destroyed. The delivery drivers do their best but their system is flawed.

Parcel delivered, again to wrong address and homeowner hasn't got it. Instantly got in touch with Evri who so far, 3 days later have sent one generic email and nothing else....

Wouldn’t recommend again my parcel had been apparently in transit for 6-7 days and I ring up Evri it says it is still with the sender and I check the Evri app it says “we’re expecting your parcel” not once it has updated and I emailed the people who work there like support team or customer support and they just completely ignored me no email back from them what so ever

Evri totally messed up a Vinted delivery - wrong item, no photo or details - and then proved incapable of resolving the problem. Hopeless complaints system - chatbot on an endless loop and no human interaction.

Absolutely rubbish delivery company and certainly living up to their reputation. I was due to receive a parcel from them, apart from taking 7 days to be notified they had it, yesterday I received a email stating it was out for delivery, one hour later another email stating it had been delayed and will be delivered the following day, another one hour later another email stating that they would deliver it yesterday this sequence was repeated another couple of times, I checked at 10pm last night, nothing delivered only to wake up today to an email stating they had delivered it at 23:02 last night and immediately checked at 6am today and nothing there! I have notified EVRI about the non delivery and it will be interesting when they reply....assuming they do.
Awful company.
I try not to use this courier service as they're the worst company in my opinion. I have had enough of them!!

I'm disabled and I always ask companies to bring my items to my door rather than leaving them in the post room. There's notices, at least 7 or 8, stating not to leave them and take them to the customer's door.
They never bring them resulting in my and other residents parcels going missing.
It's a wonder they're still in business. Shocking company!!

The worst of the worst, failed to arrive as notified twice this week. I spent over 45 years in the transport and courier industry and the EVRI service brings that industry into total disrepute, they are a bad joke. So much so that I will in future not buy anything from a seller who uses them.

I wouldn't use evri there drivers don't follow delivery instructions leave parcels in the open on the edge of a public footpath the parcel goes missing and they Dont accept responsibility even though they had clear instructions on there delivery site which they ask for and I also put an A4 sheet on the door asking the deliverer to follow delivery instructions and leave parcel in safe place

I was expecting some pillows from Amazon out to 8pm this evening apparently the driver said that he failed to deliver before 4:00 p.m. but there were three people in a very small house plus a doorbell camera. I don't think he came anywhere near our house!

6 parcels lost, 12 sets of lies. Temu parcels, Amazon parcels doesn't matter. Incompetence, arrogance, standard messages and a general couldn't care less attitude. So called branch managers who do not follow up complaints.
Companies using Evri should display this prominently. Then I would certainly not use them.

EBay status telling me that Evri have picked up my parcel yet the Evri tracking states that parcel hasn’t been picked up. Evri tracking is useless as always. If Amazon and Royal Mail have up to date tracking then why not Evri? Hopefully they won’t leave it on my doorstep or as they call it “safe place”…

when i used their service to get delivery my parcel , they lost it in the local locker and i didn't found my parcel and there was witness he is staff from that local shop and there was also CCTV but when i contacted them with my proofs of photos , they made me wait for at least two weeks and then vinted contacted me evri said i got my parcel so they proceed the payment but i already told them to investigate when i opened my compartment there was only other people envelop parcel from royal mail it is strong proof and they said they couldn't do anything so why did they stretched me out to wait that long and acted like they were doing it. i only got final result when i contacted them , they were not even bother to contact me nor take their responsibility. i lost my money worth of 16 pound which is a lot for student.
Disgusting Service
The Evri man arrived with my parcel and told me he could not give it to me as his scanner wasn't working! He said it would be delivered the next day. I told him it should not have come to my address anyway but to the parcel shop I had nominated. since then and numerous contacts with Evri I still do not have my parcel!! Now I have contacted E Bay and hopefully I will eventually either receive my parcel or get my money back
