Parcel was 4 days late, no tracking updates or explanation as to why. I contacted Amazon to say parcel not received and was given a refund and told I can decline to accept the parcel if it turned up.... Mehr ansehen
Extremely poor service. I think the local courier delivery man is at fault. Tried to complain about him, but you cannot speak to a human. All parcels through March are undelivered by him on his round.... Mehr ansehen

Not just garbage service but liars with it. Apparently "your parcel has been delivered and signed for at the delivery address " proclaimed the email. A photo was provided as if to prove this statement. I'm not at home so have most certainly NOT signed for anything and the photo shows my parcel precariously perched on top of the wall at my back gate. It's just started raining. I will be home in an hour. Let's hope it's still there when I get there. If it is, let's also hope that it's not rain damaged. Pathetic from evri

Last 3 deliveries I have had from them have been considerably late 2 of them taking a week to travel from 1 part of England to another 1 of them being a local delivery supposedly in 24 hours they are most definetly the worst courier company out there now the lack of communication would probably give them 5 star plus score.

Second delivery in a week and second time the driver stole the parcel. Will report it now to the police. EVRI is doing absolutely nothing about it what is a disgrace.

The answer of Evri shows that they don't care. Calling is useless, because they say I already complained and end the call. The chat is doing nothing and wait since the 14/06/2025 of a call. No call coming, so I will report it to the police. This company should end the business, hire delivery drivers who not ringing and stealing the parcels.
First delivery at the 14th, second at the 16th (today). I got an email that the parcel is delivered, but that's not true. I talked to TEMU that I never want again a parcel delivered with EVRI. TEMU knows, and next delivery will be with another courier. Sure, the delivery driver stole it and EVRI is taking no action.

Easier to take it yourself even if it's 500 miles
Lost a parcel ,and another i paid next day delivery arrived 6 days late .
Oh well that's at least one customer less for them.
Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. Three times in the last few weeks I've had to wait 10+ days for delivery. It just says it's delayed and will try again the next day but they never do. Then when the delivery day has come around it's not been delivered to my house, no photo evidence of where it has been left and not found anywhere in my area. The robot live chat and emails don't respond to your queries. You cant speak to anyone on the phone. So three times I've had to go to the retailers and log my item as lost. Just useless.

Been waiting for a parcel that they have had since early June today is 15th stated they attempted on the 8th they did not as I was in all day i brought this to there attention on numerous occasions to only get the same depressing reply contact such a number that only states the same old garbage we are looking into it and someone be intouch 24 hrs its all rubbish from a company that does not care about providing services but only there pockets and wages in future im asking sellers what company they use first if evri will find else where until I find one who does not deal with this poor quality firm formerly as herpes I say this because its becoming more contagious than a disease it self, when you ask for a call back on live chat you font get a call its a pathetic email and half the time you font get that this company is a disgrace.

Appalling service! Over 4 days of promised deliveries which didn’t materialise. Photograph of the wrong street, no explanation for non- arrivals and impossible to speak to anyone about it. A callback promised which didn’t materialise not happen. I would not order if the company were using this courier!
Evri....Dreadful, Woeful, Untrustworthy, and Unable to read
This company are utterly and totally useless. I find it hard to believe that this company ever got a licence to operate in the UK. Evri are the worst deliver company I have ever dealt with. I make a number of orders from various sources and when I see that Evri are the delivery company my heart sinks. I live in a flat which is gated and fenced all the way round. I have provided entry codes for the gates. I have provided entry codes for the flats, i have included my phone number on the delivery instructions. Yet still Evri drivers make no effort whatsoever to deliver parcels. I have been outside and watched an evri driver walk ro the entry gate literally push the gate which won't open and walk away with the parcel. I once challenged a driver and said I put all the instructions. This driver told me "unless the instructions are leave with neighbour or leave behind bin... we don't read them, we don't have time." When you complain you have a ridiculous chatbot to navigate who just hangs up if it can't find your package. When you what to take the matter the matter further the chat bot has "technical issues" in the unlikely event you do manage to get past the chatbot. If you ask for a phone call reply, you get and email from Claire. If you ask for an email you get an email from Claire. Claire has answered all my complaints about this incompetent company and I have made many, only through sheer perseverance did I get past Chatbot. Every single email from Claire with no exception are word for word exactly the same. I believe that Claire is just another level of Chatbot. In no case has Claire helped me. She cannot escalate my complaint, she cannot take further details and she can never find any further information about my complaint. This company I believe is a scam. It is run by God knows who and is franchised out to the local drivers who are essentially their own bosses. On one occasion my package was sent back to sender. So I went mad after many complaints and reviews about this company. Claire could not find my package and she could not escalate it. She is very good at apologising. So we re ordered and our original order turned up and was delivered by Evri. Well I use the word delivered loosely. It was thrown over the fence. By the driver and was lying on the ground about 70-80 metres away from my flat door. I then got a message saying "good news we have delivered your package". There was a click box that said "is there a problem with your delivery" so I clicked it fully intent on making yet another complaint about this woefully inadequate company, and I end up..... with the chatbot. The thing is I have added the same instructions to Amazon, DPD and Royal Mail and I have no issues, their drivers follow the instructions. One Evri driver must have read the instructions as he phoned me, to tell me that the delivery instructions I put on took him to another building. So I opened the Evri page and read my instructions out as I wrote them and to my absolute surprise these instructions took the driver directly to my front door. Before I could ask who I can talk to in Evri the driver hung up. When I tried calling him.back the number was unrecognised. How can you return a call on mobile for the call to be unrecognised. So many parcels I have ordered have been sent back to sender only never to return back to the sender. I now believe that Evri steal the goods, or sell them on themselves to make money. I cannot express it enough stay away from this company, they are rogues, carpetbaggers, fraudsters and you will loose your package and your money if you entrust anything to these lovers, and my experience is based on many incidents with them not just a single incident. To Claire I ask prove you are human and not just an alter ego of chatbot.

Evri 3no, 2 of those over 7 days delayed/lost in their system, one delivered as expected but without any updates.
They are either grossly incompetent or disgustingly corrupt.
If you are offered other delivery options just take it, I paid 60p extra for the UPS delivery, so worth the peace of mind. Any other delivery, even pigeon, will be an upgrade on these jokers!

Evri refused to fulfill my call for a call back. After my parcel was not delivered within the specified time 31/5/25 - 6/6/25.
Till tjis moment ebri have not updated its tracking system, which will give me the opportunity to gauge my expected delivery.
My order was from TEMU, according to temu tracking it arrived and is with delivery depot(EVRI)
Evri in tjis case is offering an unprofessional service

I sent a parcel to HK on 7th April and it arrived in HK 2 weeks later. I was then told it had the wrong address on it and would be returned on 28th April. I still have not received it. I sent a parcel in May and it took 5 days with the Post Office. I am so cross as I can’t find anyone to talk to. They give you a phone number or website and you get no reply. PLEASE USE POST OFFICE to send a parcel abroad.
