No Delivery - Again!
I oredered Christmas gifts on 4 Dec and selected my local Waitrose customer service point as the delivery option. I discovered on Fri 12th Dec that my package had been refused by Waitrose staff because Evri did not have the right bar code on the label. Despite signing up for package tracking texts on Evri's site, the first contact I had from them was today, 14th Dec to tell me my package has been returned to the retailer. When I discovered the issue I tried many times to contact both the retailer and Evri. However, Evri uses AI to interface with customers and the chat bot repeatedly said it didn't understand, even when I asked to talk to a human! Waitrose staff report this is a common problem with Evri.
Evri never deliver my parcels
Evri never deliver my parcels. I sigh when I get notification that a parcel is being delivered by Evri. They never deliver without my having to complain to the seller. I contact Evri because of failed deliveries, on chat box and on the phone but everything is automated and you can't speak to a human. They have been telling me all week they are delivering a parcel and every day it's not delivered and they confirm for the next day. It still doesn't arrive. I'm at my wits end with Evri. Doesn't even deserve the one star.

I purchased 2 Rangers tops for my kids christmas from online Rangers fc store to be delivered by Evri. They never arrived, i tried contacting Evri to be put through to a machine every time. I eventually get an email to say my parcel has been sent back to shipper due to anyone of a number of reasons. What a terrible way to treat your customers. They are a discrace

This 'delivery' firm has repeatedly lost or failed to deliver my parcels over the past 7 months (at least 6 parcels). Customer service is appalling - you can't speak to a human and email responses promising action are not followed through. I can't understand how they haven't gone out of business they arr so bad. 0/5 from me.
Evri unreliable & no customer service
As a buyer & seller on Vinted ...8 days in from posting an item and the parcel tracking has been stuck for days. Have tried contacting Evri by phone & on chat...both automated services saying they will look into this but absolutely no further communication or update. Have to wait virtually a month on Vinted for them to take any action. Also no option on Evri to raise a complaint...this is really poor. I plan to remove Evri as a postage option.

I struggle to even give evri 1 star and to understand why any company would continue to use Evri. I ordered a large product and it arrived at the Evri warehouse on 1st December. To this day nothing has happened since. I contact customer care on 8th December who told me the product was located but delayed but would de delivered the next day. 5 days later and no delivery and I have now got confirmation that the product cannot be found in the warehouse.
So I have a number of issues…
1) the product in question is a large product to so how can a large product be lost. It should be easy to locate
2) why was I told on a Monday that they had the parcel and it would be delivered next day
3) why did it then take 5 days to inform me that in fact they had lost the product.
I have had numerous issues with Evri this year and have now emailed the seller to inform them that I will not purchase any future products if they continue to use Evri. Avoid at all costs.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY...THEY GET IT WRONG EVRI TIME!
What went right?? Absolutely awful company. On November 14th I bought a pair of boots from Debenhams. On November 15th I received an email from Evri advising that they had my parcel. When the tracking hadn't updated after a day or two, I contacted the customer service department, after several email exchanges, I was eventually told that the parcel was 'lost ' at their depot, despite advising that extensive searches had been made to locate it. I was told to contact the retailer Debenhams, another awful company, who took almost 2 weeks to respond to my email as they have no phone numbers whatsoever. Within the email that I received was a link to the Evri website, which said that the parcel had been found, and was now being returned to the retailer, without having contacted me to advise that the parcel had now been 'found'. I did ask Debenhams whether my order would finally be delivered, but they ignored my request. Instead, Debenhams said that they would issue a refund which I'm still waiting for, and to add insult to injury, they will deduct £1.99 from what I paid for the boots which already included postage as the charge for Evri returning the parcel to them. What a miraculous discovery that the parcel was only 'found' once I'd complained to the retailer! Why didn't they then send the parcel to me as I'd asked Debenhams?? Sadly I'm not alone in having had such a disastrous experience with this bunch of inept individuals. I would NEVER recommend this shoddy excuse of a delivery company in a million years! How they could improve? Cease trading! So I've been charged £1.99 as a penalty for goods that were lost and never delivered!

They only get one star as I cannot give them zero.
I've had several problems with this company on two occasions the delivery of Live Plants was made 6 days after they told me they had my parcel, all plants were dead and I was not refunded. The latest issue is a parcel delivered to the wrong address and the photo sent to me proved this but I had no idea where this address is. Customer service is poor, if not nonexistent. I was told to contact the seller who refused to refund me as they sent the package to the correct address. Evri were not interested. I am out of pocket to the tune of over £100 to this company and they have no remorse. Their drivers are rude and unprofessional. On one occasion the delivery woman was listening to loud music, took a picture of my package and placed it on the floor, despite the fact I was standing in front of her. The same person on another occasion, didn't even knock and left the large package proper up against my door making it difficult to get out.
Whilst I would NEVER use this company I urge other companies to stay away from Evri as they DO NOT provide an acceptable delivery service.

Leaving orders at the entrance of my block of flat's, hence now missing, evri 24hr. Or less is a joke. Two times I've reported This the courier Stephen usually delivers no issue in my hand at my door, so the delivery driver this time is a lazy thief or is a complete bell end who need sacked , two weeks my vape vanished!! CCTV all over this place... I'll find out then I'm going full Karen in Evri... Poor poor poorly run company. Never again.

I have an ebay parcel sent by Evri simple delivery, which is so simple it never gets delivered now waiting over 2 weeks - EVRI support stated they'd get back to me.
On Friday the 5th it was at the delivery depot and it's still there. Utterly Totally Useless!!!

I ordered some bacon from my friend and got him to post it everi next day for me This was posted on saturday prior to 11:00 AM but then sat in the warehouse on Sunday and Monday And they finally delivered it late Tuesday morning I complained and all I got was an email back saying we have checked that your delivery was arrived we are sorry for your inconvenience which is not good enough if you pay for next day delivery it should be delivered next day If they don't deliver it next day they should at minimum refund you your postage. I now have £16 of the bacon which I have to throw away because they took 3 days to take it instead of 1. appalling service and customer service is next to none.
Yet another failure to deliver
Yet another failure to deliver by EVERI despite promises on the tracking site for the past 3 days. If anything they are even worse than Hermes before the rebrand. From now on I will only purchase through Amazon as a trusted delivery system If any company says they sell goods using Everi as the courier I will not buy their goods.

very disappointed,missing items and poor handing …
I had a very bad experience with this delivery,yesterday when I wen to collect my parcel from barking pharmacy .i immediately felt something was wrong .the package looked suspicious.I have received many parcel from other postage like Royal Mail before and none them ever looked like this ,especially cosmetics,after bringing it home ,I found that some of my items were missing,the parcel had clearly been opened and then badly rescaled with tape ,as if someone tried to cover it up ,this is completely unacceptable .this is not first time I have had issues.previously one of my parcel was never delivered at all overall,I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of care for customers items
No ability to speak to company to resolve issues
On Friday I paid for a parcel to be collected on Monday and printed label. On Saturday I had a message to say collection was revised for Saturday between 12-14. It was not collected although tracking said they had it. I still had it. It was not collected on Monday so I rang Evri customer services keyed in my ref number and got a recorded message saying they parcel wasn’t in the system so couldn’t help me goodbye. If they have no means of contact how do they expect customers to resolve issues. Judging by the reviews they don’t. I have now contacted QVC who have arranged a return tomorrow. Let’s hope it happens.
Tiny font on drop off locker screen
Had to squash may parcel which was no more than 16cm wide through a letterbox at the drop off station after selecting the small/medium parcel option. There were dimensions below the Small/Medium button but the font was ridiculously and completely unnecessarily tiny. This was in top of the frustration of having to make a 5 mile round trip to drop off.
Lost parcel
Mountain Warehouse dispatched my order on day of ordering (well done them) but Evri has now lost this parcel.
Why does a company like MW use Evri?
They clearly cannot fulfil their commitment as a delivery service.
I will not be ordering from any company which uses them in the future.
