Evri is untrustworthy
We used to have a good trustworthy courier, who always left parcels at the specified place if we weren't in which I always gave a 5 star review for, but recently I've been let down. So here goes, on Saturday 20th Dec at 12.32pm I received a delivery update stating that my parcel was delivered to my address, i was at home and waited in as I was expecting the parcel to be delivered. The courier stated that the parcel was left on my porch. I haven't got a porch? I had stated on the app to put it in my garden arbour bench or with next-door neighbour. There was no knock at the door, neither a ring on my doorbell, no calling card put through my letter box! I checked the photo as apparently proof of delivery and it was just a blank black screen. I looked everywhere, in my bins, in neighbours bins, behind plant pots. I also checked with both sides and opposite neighbours who are honest people. Nowhere to be found! Fuming! I have contacted Evri customer services who are at present looking into the disappearance for me. I feel that now I can't trust Evri anymore. I have read the guys statement about the time he spent working for Evri and the workers are treat appalling, poorly paid and expected to work for free sorting parcels ect at times, but no excuse for dishonesty! If I could give 0 stars I would.

My daughter’s Christmas gift has been with Evri for 2 days without budging.
Was supposed to be delivered by Dec 20th but now won’t arrive until I have already left to travel there for Christmas - I am minus my daughter’s present - thanks a lot EVRI.
Another QVC parcel lost by this…
Another QVC parcel lost by this dreadful company. Amazingly they could not find the parcel to deliver it but quickly found it to return it to QVC! Don't expect any help from evri staff, they make promises then don't keep them. I do not intend to order any further goods from QVC whilst they use this awful courier. They should change their tracking to say we have got your parcel and we are keeping it. QVC do not come out of this well either, The so called complaint procedure is a joke, they do not even come back to the customer and say the incident is only dealt with internally. They share a special relationship with evri a bit like us and the USA. Both companies deserve each other and are well matched. I hope they are proud of the way they have upset my disabled wife.

Twice now, 5 days before Christmas, they lost my parcel. This lot is by far the worst delivery service in the UK. It's like playing Russian roulette whether you'll get your parcel or not. LESS THAN USELESS. Do not take the chance. P.S. I WILL BE CAREFUL IN THE FUTURE TO SEE WHICH COURIER SERVICES SELLERS USE. IF I SEE THESE CLOWNS, I WILL WALK AWAY :(
Evri lost parcel
Purchased a dashcam fromQVC &Evri notified time slot of 15.00 to 17.00 17/12/25 but no delivery….email at 21.40 from Evri stating “ unable to deliver…will attempt to deliver next working day ……still waiting … notified QVC twice …. Just fobbed off … told to wait until weekend when it will be listed as missing
Geofence ?
I was receiving a parcel from evri got message when delivery was due on that delivery window then got a message it couldn't be delivered because of a geofence problem haven't received another date yet and this is a xmas present keeping in mind I get deliveries every other day this was a new excuse for me anybody else had this one
Appalling
What a terrible company .Have been chasing a parcel for the past week which still hasn’t been delivered .An attempt was made and there is a picture of the back gate .The gate is open but they didn’t bother trying to open it ! No way to contact Evri except for a useless chat bot ! No idea what is happening to the parcel now as tracking has stopped .
The worst courier ever
The worst courier ever. Time and time again there's no knock on the door and parcels left on my front doorstep which is directly adjacent to the public path. It's just happened yet again. Numerous times I've had parcels delivered to the wrong address too.
On one occasion this summer my next door neighbours were out when they given a delivery so the driver, instead of knocking on my door, she just shoved it through my open living room window where it dropped to the floor. Appalling service.
Disgraceful service for such a big company
Driver stated that he had left my parcel outside without even trying to knock on the door. However when I eventually received a text to say it had been delivered i went outside but it was nowhere to be seen. They took a photograph as proof of delivery but it proved nothing as it was only a picture of the box with no background of where it was. After numerous messages, I was asked to contact the seller for a refund. I was reluctant to do this as the issue was with delivery driver. However, I did contact the seller who rightly refused a refund as the product had been sent. Numerous messages later I'm still no further forward and still out of pocket.
Third time wrong address.
Why do companies keep using Evri, Past three deliveries was delivered to wrong address, a forth was lost, and not found. even photos showed incorrect front door. one was even left by lift entrance photo shown.

So it took EVRi 2 weeks to confirm my parcel from Frasers had been lost so in that time I’d contacted Frasers who had sent a replacement package. Yep you’ve guessed it that’s not arrived either. Wtf EVRi. Your absolutely pathetic as a company and needs closing or rebranding and a change of management
Evri must hate me.
Sitting in my Conservatory on the 16/12/25 within 8 feet of my back door. Watched a delivery driver walk down the drive. Dropped a small parcel on the floor by the back door. Stood back took a photo. Walked back up the drive. No Doorbell. No knock on the door. As I am on crutches I could not get up the drive to take a photo of the delivery driver. Not an EVRI van, private car. PLEASE E BAY change your delivery supplier. As for Evri replies, they have never contacted me to reply.

Promise z time and delivery and cancel 1 hour after time slot.

Never deliver on time
Never deliver on time. Always "misses courier". We only ever get parcels in our area on Thursdays (if lucky!!) or Fridays!! Even if parcel at delivery depot on Monday, will magically miss the courier every day until end of the week. On Fridays always see loads of Evri parcels on doorsteps - never any other day of the week! Other people I know have the same issue! I've received parcels from Ukraine during the current war faster than Evri parcels! Im not even that far away from the delivery depot in Northern Ireland. Customer Services hopeless - never get to speak to someone always recorded message. One morning I started ringing as soon as supposedly open, and rang 50 times and never once got option to speak to someone! Chat service equally useless - I've never once had promised call backs - just dont seem to care! Im hoping (although today was date given for delivery but no sign) that my son's Christmas present will get here before Christmas, but when I told him was coming by Evri he just said "oh well, at least I should have them for New Year!!" He has autism so very blunt!!

Everi driver said on message parcel delivered to a secure place (we were in all day) and took a picture which wasn't of our garden. Then I realised he'd left it on the back lane at the back of my house which I dont have access to, this is a public road and prob the parcel was picked up and taken by some thief, well done everi driver that was too idle to drive round and deliver it properly, shame on you

Three recent orders, 2 x Amazon and Debenhams
All suppliers fulfilled thier commitments.
Evri has not delivered on all three. One item they informed me was out for delivery for five days Have managed to get refunds from Amazon and checking with other at present.
All orders were large heavy products .
EVRI FAILED AGAIN!!
Yes, according to the Evri website the delivery was made on time. However, the tracking number supplied by Evri wouldn't even log into their oewn web site to track the parcel.
The photo taken by the courier was simply appalling. We've used the photo as a quiz queation to see if anyone at all can guess what the photo is about or where it was taken.
According to the Evri courier the package was left at the back door - the delivery point was an Evri collection box outside our local store - the shop doesn't even have a back door!
