Once again evri failed to deliver my parcel. Not only did they fail to deliver it, they dumped it on a dark rainy night, not outside my front door, but outside someone else's door. How do I know this? Because my door is white. The mystery door is red. For all I know, their jobsworth dumped it outside his own door ! Their own photograph, sent to me, shows I received nothing. Why do the government let them get away with it? Oh, that's right, the government are corrupt too. The sooner evri go bust, the sooner I'll party like it's 1999. I can't wait.......

According to the EVRI App, they tried to deliver on Wednesday 03 December but the locker was not working. BIZARRE as it’s going to a Post Office.
16:29 hrs Thursday 04 December the app stated they had collected the parcel. BIZARRE as they tried to deliver yesterday
19:09 Thursday 04 December they then state it’s at their local depot and on its way to me. YES BIZARRE!
22:02 Saturday 06 December being sorted at senders local depot. VERY BIZARRE!
08:00 hrs Sunday 07 December now states Were processing your parcel at our hub. FLIPPING BIZARRE!!!

Pretty diabolical delivery man pulled into our close. Chose the first bungalow to leave my parcel. Which both properties have the number on the front. He then had to pass my property to turn round. He seemed to just wait around in his van. I ran over to my neighbours property to grab my goods from the front door and I asked the van man, "are you the delivery driver who have just left this package on the wrong doorstep". He thought his mistake was a giggle. I find this service abysmal. NEVER NEVER LEAVE A PARCEL ON THE FRONT STEP IN FULL VIEW OF ALL THE NEIGHBOURS. VAN NUMBER 97 DROP 94. this company then insult the customer with a chatbot complaints procedure. YOU FAILED ON ALL FRONTS.

Far from instigating improvement, it has heralded a further descent into operational incompetence and corporate irresponsibility. EVRI Worst delivery company in the world
Being aged and somewhat disabled i tend to use Amazon quite a bit. Usually there are no problems unless I notice the delivery carrier is EVRI then chances are I won't get the delivery and will have the rigmarole of either trying to get my money back or a replacement. Amazon is a good company why then to they taint themselves by entrusting a Mickey Mouse company like EVRI?
Never deliver when expected, also lie about attempted deliveries
Another day wasted waiting on parcels from Evri. Then get a message saying my items might not be delivered for another 5 days. And final insult apparently a delivery for another item not expected till tomorrow, was attempted at 6pm today. Absolute rubbish. I am now actively checking anything I order on Amazon and if I can, I do not order from a seller if the item will be delivered by Evri. Says it all really

Driver did not attempt to access my block. Instead takes a picture handing it to someone on pavement so clearly not my neighbour & with no face so could be anyone. Everi emailed for me to leave feedback and apparently I have already left feedback. How convenient, cannot leave 1 star review with them. So I will leave it here instead. I do not understand why any company uses Everi, dishonest disgrace of a company! They deserve zero stars.

HE DORSNT DESERVE ANY STARS. THE WHOLE ESTATE HAS HAD PARCELS DUMPED OUTSIDE BLOCKS, SOME NOWHERE NEAR TO THE ADDRESS THEYRE MEANT FOR. MY PARCEL WAS STOLEN AFTER BEING LEFT IN A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE IN AND OUT ALL DAY AND NOT EVEN CLOSE TO MY ADDRESS. HE DIDNT FOLLOW MY PREFERRED NEIGHBOUR REQUEST EITHER.

Unfortunately there isn’t the option to give a negative rating for this company and they certainly don’t rate a one star.
I live in a small village in Somerset near Bath and the best way I can describe the service provided by Evri is a complete shambles. Their driver / drivers appear to be incapable of delivering parcels to the correct addresses. It’s a common for residents to find multiple parcels intended for other residents on their doorsteps.
Only two nights ago I received an email notification that my parcel had been delivered with an attached photograph of a front door. This information was false resulting in me having to walk around the village in the rain trying to identify the door and retrieve my parcel.
It wasn’t a surprise for me to find my own parcel on a doorstep along with a number of others parcels all clearly labelled to other residents in the village.
People are paying for a delivery service which doesn’t include having to do the drivers job for them.
I have unsuccessfully searched for a contact telephone number for the Evri Customer Service to express my frustration but it clearly doesn’t exist.
Perhaps Evri don’t have a customer service department as they clearly don’t understand the meaning of customer service.

This is the most incompetent delivery service I have ever been forced to use. Packages are not delivered, lost in transit or, I dare say, stolen.
Have stopped buying from traders that use Evri, this includes Ebay, Etsy and Facebook Marketplace.

We live in a rural area in Cornwall and the EVRI service is appalling. I don’t think they even bother trying. It was the same when they were Hermes. Completely useless. I don’t bother trying to contact EVRI now, I just wait for a week or more contact the sender and ask for a replacement but ma,e sure they don’t use EVRI on the second attempt. They always succeed when other carriers are used
