You are stealing our item. Where is my jacket I was ordered ? the small screw arrived to my house was for 133 next 2 doors not my address. And everyone should know those 5 stars reviews from Evri staffs and drivers not from costumers you are lie everybody know those 5 star's all come together in same time. I live in s72 9au our everi driver Malc is brilliant he as never let me down .he as been delivering for at least two years or so.He is very nice friendley man who always passes tge time of day with you .
If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. Christmas parcel was sent for next day delivery. Was out for delivery but 30 mins before time was told would not be delivered. The parcel which was in a heavy duty cardboard box had been damaged by courier. I have been unable to get details of damage or why it was unable to be redelivered or returned. The compensation process is a farce. What happens to the presents that were in the parcel? Dreadful service. I will never use Evri again and will tell others not to either. The very worst company ever.

If, I could score Evri with a zero rating, it, would be more than they deserve!!
For the 5th time in a matter of weeks, they have failed to deliver my goods when I have paid for Next Day Delivery, without truful notifications and waiting for over 3 days!!
Again, I am disgusted with the lack of honesty and professionalism from Evri!!
They are not fit for purpose and should not be trusted by any reasonable organisation for it's Delivery Service!!

EVRI ARE USELESS
"Evri attempted delivery" is just a lie.
They are completely & utterly useless.
I always give very precise instructions, which include the door code & I live on the ground floor, a short walk from the entrance.
I live in sheltered housing & there is a manager on site who will help if rhe idiot driver is too thick to read my instructions.
I am disabled & visually impaired. That is why I shop online.
In future, I'll ask the supplier which delivery company they are going to use & it's evri, I'll shop elsewhere.

Ordered my Parcel 28th November Xmas Present emailed from supplier Parcel despatched, Evri emailed " we have your parcel it's on the way" 3 days later your parcel is delayed, 16 times they emailed me the same message tried every day for the next 3 weeks same reply so with Xmas getting closer had to reorder my parcel! Supplier said they would deliver with different company parcel arrived the next day. I am by the way still receiving emails from a lady named " Claire 6 weeks later telling me my parcel "" seems to be stuck in the system but assuring me it WILL be delivered" so I am still waiting for my parcel to be " FOUND"!!!!!
My parcel hasn't been received
My parcel hasn't been received. Shown a photo of package half way inside lettbox with no door number showing. Didn't ring the bell. Thought I heard something. Checked my e mail to see that they had left message saying delivered. I ran downstairs to pick it up. To find nothing there. Have reported to them and haven't heard from them since.
EVRI, the worst company
In the beginning I had nothing against EVRI - well, a few problems, but not too serious - until I moved to the Seven Sisters / Tottenham / Haringey zone. My first order in this area wasn't delivered at all, and Temu, the online shopping site refunded me.
Now, again, they are delaying the delivery and I can't even track my order in their creepy site.
The sad truth is we all lose, but EVRI. We lose our time and our orders, the online companies lose revenue and their customers and only EVRI has a good time at our expenses.
This bad company should be banned and forbidden to operate.

Rubbish Service
Everi had the parcel yesterday for delivery but did not send it. Today they claim to have left it in my front porch which is stange as I dont have a front porch ! had to claim a refund from Amazon. Not the first time the31y have failed tp deliver and lied about it
EVRI THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY
I fully appreciate it is the festive period but contacting EVRI is made almost impossible by their own merits. I have a 16 digit Tracking Number that doesn’t work and there hasn’t been any update on my parcel for the last 24 hours. If you go to their help page and input my Tracking Number it just gives me the option to go back to the home page. I personally would NEVER choose to use EVRI’s service but unfortunately the seller i have purchased my parcel off of does and had i had known before hand that they used EVRI i would have took my business elsewhere. Why O Why would anyone choose to use this incompetent company is beyond me and why Trustpilot won’t allow us as reviewers to leave 0(Zero) Stars is something that needs addressing because 1 Star shows i must have a little empathy for EVRI which i obviously don’t.

Evri are without question the worst…
Evri are without question the worst delivery company operating in the UK.
My parcel was marked as “delivery attempted” on a date when Evri did not even have possession of the parcel. That is not a mistake — it is false tracking information. I have CCTV covering my property and there was no delivery attempt at all, no driver, no card, nothing.
After chasing repeatedly and providing clear evidence, Evri eventually admitted that no delivery attempt ever took place and that the parcel is now lost in their network. The items were Christmas presents, meaning the damage was already done by the time they acknowledged the truth.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability:
• Automated, copy-and-paste responses
• Contradictory tracking updates
• No real investigation
• No urgency, despite the time of year
This is not my first issue with Evri, and judging by the sheer number of similar complaints online, it won’t be the last for many others either.
If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid any retailer that uses Evri. This company is simply not fit for purpose.
Ordered pipers crisps
Ordered pipers crisps, due 11th December. Sent via EVRI who says they attempted deliver 3 times, a occasions we were at home but no one rang the door bell. Called EBAY AND EVRI customer service both useless and no no response. Now waiting for refund. My MP has written to EVRI Ceo due to unacceptable deliveries in my area. See extract below.... How can an attempt be made when tracking never shows out for delivery!

Terrible company and they tell so many lies and never ever deliver to the right place and when they do they dump them anywhere, my Xmas parcels were delivered 11 miles away, shocking

Looking at all the reviews on Everi I am not surprised to that most of the people giving one Star not even one time I was happy with Everi they service is one of the worst and their customer support is below one Star
Disgraceful on all fronts
Disgraceful on all fronts. Delivery due on 15th. I was then told a failed attempt was made on 13th (nope - later confirmed not true). No comms, so I eventually emailed the CEO (use ceoemail website), and eventually an exec emailed to say that as there had been no updates in 9 days, the package was lost at their hub and I needed to contact the sender. Really!!!! I tried to email back, but they had blocked my email address! And there is no chance of speaking to a human! I then get a "no reply" email from the exec team asking me to rate them - joke, surely .... I'm asking Amazon to stop using Evri and will pursue in the small claims court with as much publicity as possible. Avoid at all costs!

Parcel stuck in limbo, no human support
I ordered a jacket from Frasers on 10 December as a Christmas purchase. On 12 December, Evri marked the parcel as out for delivery to my local Post Office for collection.
As of 23 December, 11 days later, the status still updates daily to “out for delivery today” with no delivery.
Evri has no human customer service. All communication is via bots sending repetitive automated emails that offer no real assistance. There is no escalation, no investigation, and no accountability.
Even worse, Evri fails to notify the retailer that the parcel may be lost, leaving the customer in complete uncertainty.
I have never experienced this level of poor service with DPD or other couriers. I will avoid Evri whenever possible.

Absolutely the worst delivery service ever I have lost up to 7 parcels in this last 3 months there's no actual help apart from a robot on phone that is completely useless
NEVER EVER USE EVRI
Shocking service. Never use as they don’t deliver and no one to complain to. A robot tells you to sort it out yourself. The company should be shut down
