Great customer service and every one I spoke to at Equivo were all very helpful.

Equivo consistently demonstrated transparency, precision, and a results-driven approach. In my case, led by Enforcement Officer Christopher Davis, his proactive and meticulous handling inspired complete confidence.I would also like to commend Alison Theobald, who provided regular updates throughout the process and listened attentively to ensure the right actions were taken at every stage;Officer Davis ensured the process was executed to the highest standard and successfully enforced the full judgement of the Manchester Employment Tribunal, with the defendant fully complying and paying the awarded sum in its entirety.

I can categorically affirm that Equivo delivers an outstanding, highly trustworthy, and fully professional service that achieves results.

Extremely rude. The man knocked on my door and in the time I went to answer it, he was looking through my windows (I live in a bungalow and my partner was getting dressed!). Awful. Disgusting behaviour....

We had a very difficult eviction to deal with and Aaron and his team were very helpful and managed to get the right result in the end.

Called them thrice. Emailed them through their website. They said I should hear back from them but it was just a waste of time no one ever called or emailed back. Looks like they don’t want business and clients.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jonathan. Throughout our recent telephone interaction, I was met with a shocking lack of professionalism, emphasized by a patronising and blantant misogynistic attitude.

Rather than being treated with respect, I was talked down to, dismissed and made to feel that my input was irrelevent. His tone was condescending, the communication disrespectful, and the overall attitude unacceptable.

No-one should be subjected to this kind of behaviour in any professional setting.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with this business.

Following Equivo's response I would like to point out that my review was based on my personal experience and not on behalf of the company that I work for.

However, on behalf of London Cool I can clarify that the health and safety of our staff members is always priority.

On 6/05 upon site attendance, our engineer risk assessed the circumstances to remove our equipment, not the status of the building. The RA deemed the removal required 2 persons and so we agreed on site to return 07/05. It was then advised by Equivo that access for this date would not be possible with no explanation.

Following London Cool's multiple attempts to arrange a further collection date, it was confirmed that Equivo's client were continuing to use our equipment due to an alleged health and safety issue within their building and a quote requested for the continued hire or purchase.

Having had no response within a suitable timeframe, a phone call was made and the above personal experience occured.

Following my Trust Pilot review, Equivo advised 15/05 that the site was being made safe and our equipment could be retrieved the following week but was subject to paying them a fee which in this instance was unlawful.

London Cool therefore issued Pre-action Protocol Notice under CPR on 27/05 following Equivo's continued attempts to extort money.

With no correspondence until 10/06, Equivo finally agreed to provide further access without a fee, ultimately withholding our equipment for more than 1 month from the point of our first attempted collection.

Due to them holding our equipment for this unreasonable time, their client is now liable for the hire fees.

Can’t fault Aaron and his team. Completely on the ball, very efficient and more or less instant turn around in everything. 11 out of 10.

My experience with Equivo was excellent fron start to finish. Total communication throughout the process, they sorted everything for a very reasonable price and got back all my money in the process. Wonderful company of professional people.

Amazing debt collectors! Fast, efficient and they walked me through every step of the collection process with great communication. There are some costs upfront but everything is paid back to you once they find your debtor.

A corrupt wedding dress shop (Brides and Bells Font Hill) promised me a fitting, and deadline date for my dress, but after payment - I was ghosted. All calls and texts were ignored and i was even threatened when I tried to challenge such poor customer service in person. I filled a small claims lawsuit against the owner and Equivo helped enforce the judgment.

Alison, Lucy and Divisha in particular were lovely! They quickly got on my case, escalated it from county court to high court, and obtained a writ of control on my behalf. Shortly after, debt collection officers made contact with the defendant and were able to organise a payment plan.

After a wedding dress horror story, I’m finally able to get back all of my money plus interest! Thanks to this brilliant company. Would recommend to anyone!

We are a small recruitment business and we turned to Equivo to help us when we had exhausted all other means of collecting almost £20k in debts for services we had provided to a very high standard. The client was solvent, but simply refused to engage with us ignoring our calls, emails and even a CCJ. Equivo completely understood how being owed money you have rightly earned can impact small business.
