Great customer service
Website was quick and easy to use.
Had a problem with my delivery though but Envy Bathrooms contacted me straight away to report they’d found a problem with my order and had rejected it from their supplier.
The replacement arrived a couple of days later in perfect condition.

Lots of choice at competitive prices
Relatively easy to choose and order considering the wide variety if items available. Very competitive prices and they do drop ship. This leads to no order tracking unfortunately.

their customer service is great. I had a problem with faulty items and they promptly found a solution to replace the items for me. I was very pleased how they handled the situation as we were in a hurry and urgently needed to sort this out. I bought 2 Tavistock bathroom cabinets from Envy Bathrooms. They were very competitive on price and although I bought without having seen the items, the description online was exactly as I received.

Stock status is misleading
I had a disappointing experience with this company. I found an item listed as “available” on their website, accompanied by messages such as “4 sold in the last hour,” which gave the clear impression that it was in stock. I placed my order and received an immediate confirmation email - everything seemed fine at first.
When I queried the expected delivery date a few days later, I was advised to “refer to the last correspondence (came across as not very friendly),” which did not mention any delivery timeframe. After following up again, I was told the item would not be in stock until the end of the year - around six weeks away. When I questioned this, I was informed that the website data was “not live.”
This explanation was confusing, as the same item continued to show as “available” and “4 sold in the last hour” several days later at the time of me following up. It seems misleading for the website to display such messages if stock information is not accurate and several days had elapsed between ordering and querying the status.
On a positive note, the customer service representative I eventually spoke with was friendly and helpful, and my refund was processed without issue. However, the overall experience left me hesitant to order again without upfront clarity on stock availability.

Good morning Jonathan, we are very disheartened that you felt the need to give us a 2 star review based on your item not being available at the time you ordered. We indeed had sold 4 of that item that day, but unfortunately there is a time lag in availability and they were sold out by the time you placed your order. It also states on all RAK products to call us to check availability as we are aware there is a time delay. We apologise for the disappointment and hope you will shop with us in the future.
Took my money for taps they did not have, 6 days later still no refund!
Ordered taps on Envy's web site £461, received email from Envy telling me they do not have what is advertised on their web site, so would I like to buy an alternative. No thank you please refund me, they still have not refunded my money! 6 day's so far and still waiting. The refund should have been activated as soon as they could not supply the taps I ordered, not to be trusted.

We understand your frustration and agree that this situation is far from ideal. Your order was placed on 7th November, and unfortunately, we were notified by the manufacturer on 10th November that the item had been discontinued. This was unexpected, as we had not received any prior notice from the manufacturer or other retailers about the discontinuation.
We informed you of this on the same day and offered an alternative product. Upon your request for a refund, we confirmed the cancellation on 11th November and initiated the refund process on 12th November. Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
We sincerely apologise for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused. We’re reviewing our processes to ensure discontinued items are flagged more promptly in future.
