Shower Tray
Original purchase 22nd January for a large shower tray. It arrived and once unpacked it was to found to be damaged. The requirement to unpack such a large item and inspect it within 48 hours is unrealistic. Fortunately we opened it within three days of its arrival and discovered the issue. After a few emails, it was agreed it would be replaced. A friendly chap brought it direct from Envy Bathrooms and it’s now installed. We had boxes and boxes of bathroom items, so I do feel the 48 hr inspection rule needs to be reviewed. We couldn’t have opened everything before the item was needed to just check on each items condition. However, I was pleased it was resolved and I’m grateful.

We do understand your concerns regarding the 48‑hour inspection period. This timeframe is clearly stated on our website within our Terms & Conditions, which customers agree to prior to checkout, and we also include reminder labels on all packaging. The policy is in place so we can meet manufacturers’ requirements and ensure we can secure the best possible resolution for our customers should any issue arise.
That said, we appreciate that large orders with multiple items can make immediate inspection challenging, and your feedback is genuinely valuable to us. Please be assured that we will always assist and support our customers in every matter, just as we did here.

Ordered a new shower door from Envy Bathrooms : this was delivered on time as per the delivery emails & on day text messages. Door was fitted as per the instructions visible online before ordering - very pleased with the quality of the shower and purchase price.

I have only recently "discovered" Envy…
I have only recently "discovered" Envy Bathrooms. they are local to me so I can pick stuff up.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and thus far none of the products have been damaged or missing.
As a plumber and bathroom fitter, Its reasonably common for stock to arrive damaged from online suppliers, so it's refreshing for that not to be the case with Envy.
They also have a showroom. This is useful for customers to look at a range of products in person.

AVOID. Photos don't match what turns up.
Rubbish. The objects pictured might not be the object that turns up. I bought a 122 quid shower, based upon the photos and online reviews. They sent me one of the ones listed for 90 pounds, then they seemed amazed that the wrong one had turned up. After providing proof, they did admit fault and processed a return, but it cost me quite abit of time without a shower. They also only refunded me 113 pounds.
So it cost me 9 pounds for them to send me the wrong unit. I call that a scam.
They didn't seem to acknowledge their fault at all, or the annoyance it caused when it was quite obviously caused by lazy management of their website.
TLDR. The photos on the website don't match what will turn up, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Following your telephone communication on 05.12.25, we requested images of the item you received and immediately forwarded them to the manufacturer. As the manufacturer dispatches directly to customers, we were not aware of the change in design until this point. The manufacturer later confirmed that they had recently updated the product design but had not updated their website or advised retailers accordingly.
To prevent this happening again, we have removed this particular product from our website and no longer advertise it.
Regarding your refund, the amount of £113.04 was processed for the value of the goods.
We sincerely regret the time and inconvenience this situation caused you, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve both our communication with manufacturers and the accuracy of our product listings.
