Worst company I’ve ever had the…
Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of purchasing from. Bought a ‘pistachio’ basin unit from them which looked like a very pale green on the pictures. When it arrived it was a bogey green, so I packaged it straight back up the best I could however it was so tight I had to rip the box on the corner to get it out, jumped through all their hoops to return an item, sent them requested pics of my return which they ACCEPTED. Then when it arrived they rejected my return because apparently the CARDBOARD BOX wasn’t up to their standard. I said deduct an appropriate amount for a new cardboard box, they said they can’t do that currently and this is all in their t&c’s. So it cost me an extra £60 to return and then organise a collection from them which they just left to me if I wanted it back, as if I just have over £300 to throw away. Who does? Will never use them again and I’d be highly suggest you spend your money elsewhere. All their passive aggressive emails when discussing the return ending with ‘kindest regards’. Laughable company.

As outlined in our terms and conditions, we do require returned items to be in a re-saleable condition, including intact original packaging. Unfortunately, when packaging is significantly damaged—such as being ripped or taped together—it compromises our ability to resell the item and maintain quality standards for future customers. In such cases, we reserve the right to reject the return and may ask the customer to cover the cost of re-delivery.
We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re actively reviewing how we communicate these requirements to make the process clearer and more supportive. Our team always strives to remain respectful and professional in all correspondence, and we’re sorry if our tone came across otherwise.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received. The lady who answered my call was not friendly, and despite sending several emails, I have not received any response. Additionally, I was charged a 25% administration fee for my refund, which I find unfair and unreasonable.

Your order was placed on the 18th and cancelled via email on the 27th, after our office hours. Our delivery window is 3–7 working days, which means the order was still within the expected timeframe and had already been processed for dispatch.

After been let down by another company
After been let down by another company, who had taken my money and then 4 days later said they didn't have in stock. Envy bathroom had that exact item sent it right away and was delivered when they said. There was a part damaged and they replaced it immediately. Great company.

Great customer service
I struggled to find a supplier for a Tavistock bathroom suite who had a useable website! Envy were straight forward and very easy to find everything I needed on their website and it was much lower price than I’d found elsewhere. Customer service via email was fast and efficient. I don’t normally bother with reviews but felt Envy bathrooms really helpful!

Disappointed with Inconsistent Colour Matching and Return Policy
I ordered a toilet specifically because of the brushed brass options and the recommendations on the website. However, upon installation, I was extremely disappointed to find that the flush button and hinge covers, despite being from the same brand, were vastly different in colour.
When I raised the issue, I was told that colour matching is not guaranteed and that any problems must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To make matters worse, returns are only accepted if the items are in their original, undamaged packaging, which is unrealistic once installation has begun.
If you're considering ordering, be aware: returns are difficult, and you may be stuck with mismatched components. Disappointing experience overall.

While all items are listed as brushed brass, slight variations in tone can occur due to differences in base materials and manufacturing processes—even within the same brand. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you're aiming for a cohesive finish.
Regarding returns, our policy—outlined at the time of purchase—requires items to be in their original, undamaged packaging and any issues to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to act quickly with manufacturers and offer solutions where possible. Once items have been installed and packaging discarded, unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns.

Think twice. Genuine order mistake that was identified outside their 14 day returns window… no flexibility ‘apologies for the inconvenience’ … yeah right. I wanted to reorder the correct part too, so needless to say I went elsewhere.

Responsive and good at problem solving
I think a true test of how good a company performs is when they have to deal with problems. On this, Envy did very well. For some odd reason, I was sent a basin that Envy do not stock. Even more problematic, I only discovered this 11 months later because of the nature of my renovation project. Envy could have referred me to their terms and conditions and said "sorry but no", but instead they were brilliant and agreed to send the correct basin if I paid for postage. A good compromise. They are easy to contact, and very pleasant to deal with. Recommended.

Fantastic customer service…
I ordered a wooden toilet seat from Envy Bathrooms and it arrived promptly which was great but on opening the sealed box, the wooden colour of the seat itself and the lid didn't match.
I filled in a returns request form and sent a photo; it was dealt with within 30 mins in a very pragmatic and sensible manner with a replacement being arranged immediately - absolutely no quibbling, without hesitation and apologies for the inconvenience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
