age verification fee is a rip off

pay 8.00 for age verification and sign for delivery..... if you can get to post office in time to go sign for p/u you get what you order. but paying 8.00 per order to " age verify" is a rip off

1. We’d like to clarify that the $7.99 adult signature/age verification fee is not charged by us. This fee is collected by the shipping carrier and is required by law to help prevent underage access to vaping products. We do not profit from this charge in any way.

2. Although our website includes age verification at checkout, that alone is unfortunately not sufficient. We have encountered situations where minors were able to pass online verification using a guardian’s information. Because of this, carriers require in-person adult signature verification at delivery as an added safeguard. This “double verification” helps ensure compliance with regulations and protects both customers and sellers.

3. Minors are the blossoms of the nation. Once they become addicted to smoking, it is extremely difficult to quit. This is also a means of protecting minors.

We understand that this requirement can be inconvenient, especially when a pickup at the post office is needed, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Waited over a week for my delivery then they two weeks to refund without any explanation what so ever pretty sure its a scam

1. Your order was placed on November 15, 2025. Because our warehouse does not operate on weekends, your order was first processed on Monday, November 17. During processing, our warehouse identified that your shipping address is in California, where certain vaping products are restricted due to California’s state flavor ban. As a result, the order could not be shipped.

2. For this reason, your order was refunded on November 18, and a refund notification email with the subject line “Refund notification” was sent to you. We kindly ask you to check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folder for this email.

3. Please note that while we process refunds promptly, banks and card issuers require additional time to post the funds back to your account. This is why the refund may have appeared to take longer on your end.

4. We respectfully want to clarify that the situation was not as described as “waiting over a week for delivery and then two weeks for a refund without explanation.” We understand how it may have felt that way, but the refund was processed shortly after the issue was identified.

Got what I ordered but it took much…

Got what I ordered but it took much longer than the 3-5 days to receive. It shipped on a Monday and I received it on Wednesday over a week later. I needed it ASAP. Kind of my fault for waiting so long to order but if it would have came on the 5th day I wouldn’t have had to go to a vape store and pay double the price for the same thing.

You may have noticed a banner or notice on the website (at the top or bottom of the page) indicating that the product was out of stock or had limited availability, which is why you weren’t able to complete the purchase for the 10-pack of menthol alone.

1. We would like to clarify one important point regarding the product you mentioned. The VOOPOO VINCI Spark 100 Box Mod Kit does not include a battery by design. This is not something we withheld—the manufacturer does not include an 18650 battery with this kit. This is standard across the industry due to battery transportation restrictions. You will find that this product is sold without a battery on the brand’s official website as well as on other retailers’ sites.

3. To prevent underage vaping, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If no authorized recipient is available, delivery will fail, which can cause delays.
