I never received my order

I never received my order. It was delivered back. I did indeed put in the right address. 804 west Eagan dr. Valdez Alaska. 99686. Hoping to see another order replaced with out cost. Thanks Benjamin Heckaman

Deleted account

I love the prices and most of the time its speedy delivery, but when I went to make my last purchase my entire account had been deleted and showed no record of having it or my email even though I get emails from this company so I lost all my rewards points and had to make a new account.

EightVape has the best prices, discount codes and a huge selection. Always have sales too.

EightVape is the only place I get my and my husband's vape oils, coils and other accessories we need to keep vaping & to continue on our journey of being non-smokers. They have the best prices on everything. They even have coupon/discount codes which makes the prices even lower. I highly recommend EightVape. I thought they were not a legit company at first because I thought they were too good to be true. Aside from some minor shipping issues from time to time(often it is not even their fault)I love them and have had great interactions with them. They are a trustworthy business.

clogged after 1 session

vape is burnt and doesnt work anymore after 1 session, ive tried several methods and been trying to make it work for the last 3 hours, not even 24 hours after purchasing it stopped working

It is incredibly frustrating when a new device fails within the first 24 hours. If your vape is tasting burnt and has stopped firing (not working) after just one session, it is likely a hardware defect or a priming failure.

Since you have already spent three hours troubleshooting, here is a concise checklist to determine if it can be saved or if it is time for a refund:

1. Identify the "Dead" State:
1.1 Does it light up? If you inhale or press the button and no light shows, the internal battery or the sensor is dead.
1.2 Does it blink? If the light blinks when you hit it, there is a short circuit or the battery is depleted. Try charging it for exactly 15 minutes.
1.3 Is it "Auto-firing"? If it stayed on by itself after your first hit, the coil is burnt out, and the sensor is stuck. Stop using it immediately,y as this is a fire hazard.

2. Why does it taste "Burnt" so fast:
2.1 Dry Hit / Priming Issue: If it is a pod system and you didn't let the juice sit for 10 minutes before the first hit, the cotton is permanently charred. No amount of cleaning will fix a burnt coil.
2.2 Airlock: Sometimes a bubble traps juice away from the coil. Please try tapping the device firmly against your palm or flicking it (like a thermometer) to force bubbles up.

3. If you have already tried:
3.1 Charging it with a different cable.
3.2 Cleaning the gold contact points with a Q-tip/alcohol.
3.3 Blow into the bottom of the device to clear the sensor.
3.4 Changing the pod (if applicable).

It still doesn't work; the internal wiring or the chipset is defective.

Don't use if you need it fast

Takes them weeks to get your product, they don't answer their own emails timely, then when they do they send you to a completely different email. Then they claim som excuse for not moving according to their own guidelines on their site. I could walk to their state faster than they deliver.

Dependable Service

I have used this vape store several times and always receive quick turnaround. The prices are pretty much on par with other online vendors. The only problem I've encountered is that they are frequently out of my favorite pod juice.

Shady

Sent me an email saying they were upgrading the website and if I wanted to keep the rewards points I had accumulated (at least $50 worth)I would have to sign in and the points would be transferred but when I tried to sign in it told me my username or email was incorrect soI tried re registering and it only gave me 100 points like I was a new customer so basically they just robbed me of my rewards points I had been accumulating for years shady tactics like this is why I haven't ordered from them in some time do yourself a favor and stay away from this site there are too many honest vape companies available to order from

Ordered more than one and only received…

Ordered more than one and only received half the order. Missing one. Tried fixing issue but they never got back to me. So I switched, buying from another company. Really loved their prices too. Stuff happens. 🫤 disappointed but not mad. **EDIT: they did credit me back I just forgot. Doh! Apologies 🤦‍♀️🫣
