1. I would like to explain our shipping process to provide some clarity. After an order is placed, our warehouse typically packs and hands the package to the carrier within 1–3 business days. The carrier then provides the shipping label and usually delivers the package within 5–7 business days.
2. As you can see from your first order, we normally process orders quite quickly. Your first order was placed on November 9th, and our warehouse packed it up and sent it to the carrier on November 10th, 2025. The carrier shipped the package that same day, and it arrived on November 13th.
3. For your order EV2253613, which was placed on 11/30/2025, our warehouse packed and handed it over to the carrier on 12/1/2025. Due to the high volume of orders we process daily, packages are sent to the carrier in bulk. Unfortunately, in very rare cases, a package may be lost while en route to the carrier before it is officially scanned. We sincerely regret that this appears to be what happened here.
4. We want to be fully transparent that this is not a situation we ever want to occur, because you lost trust in us after failing to receive your package on timeUnfortunately, the package never received a carrier scan, so we are also unable to file a claim for it, which results in a loss for us as well.
5. Your order has now been fully refunded. Please allow 1–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you do not see the refund within that time frame, please contact us right away, and we will assist further.

Stumbled across website when the E Juice I have been using for the past 10 years went out of production.
