The company recommended a fan and delivered it the next working day. It is fitted now in to my bathroom window and works fine. A good service.

I bought a PPV fan. It was an excellent price and the technical support and customer service was top notch when helping me fault find and ship a replacement out to me the next day. The fan it’s had been life changing to my family for removing moisture in the house.

I had to call and email several times because they did not provide the quote as promised, despite assuring me it would be sent the same day. Additionally, their pricing is approximately 20% higher than other suppliers, which makes the situation even more concerning.

Good price and quick delivery
Good price and quick delivery of my initial purchase.
However, it is their customer focused response to that unit failing, several months later, that stands out.
A replacement was sent out the same day I reported the fault and they arranged for the return unit to be collected.

My exceptional PIV purchase from eFans
I chose eFans to purchase my PIV fan as they came highly recommended!
My PIV arrived promptly, but unfortunately it got slightly damaged in transit with the courier.
I took photographs as proof & sent to eFans customer service who were very understanding & apologetic.
I was initially offered a replacement but decided on damaged discount as it was superficial damage to a corner & wouldn't affect the fans performance.
I fitted & installed the fan personally, as very straight forward & easy to do.
We've had it for a number of months now & its been working very well, is ultra quiet & does exactly what its designed to do, reduce condensation within the home.
I would fully recommend having a PIV & eFans as the supplier as I can't fault their product or service.
A very happy customer indeed!
