After ordering a similar product from another company and have it not show up on the expected day with no warning, I turned to the display centre for help. I spoke to someone very nice on the phone, and she made a point of making sure it was dispatched the same day! She also checked that the product would be suitable for my needs. And it arrived in time for my event. Thanks very much!
