The company gives out useful information when going in for a trial day. The documents that recruiters provide give great advice for people who are not sure what to expect and what to do if you haven't go years of experience.

Edex were so helpful in getting me placement in a school as a TA. The Edex representative Becca was incredibly organised and attentive, even texted me on the day of my trial and first day to wish me good luck! The turn around of applying, trialing, sending off and receiving my dbs, and starting my first day took no longer than three weeks so this was a very easy process! Edex also get the dbs through an agency meaning that it’s transferable between schools/can be used for future tutoring!

I first got in touch with EdEx less than two weeks ago - and next week I am starting a new Teaching Assistant role!! Josh is my dedicated consultant and was very quick in finding me a role within a very good school. The whole process was fast and easy! Josh has been very supportive and helpful with everything including with sorting out my timesheets and just making sure I am liking the role and the school. Always checking up on me which is great!

Josh was very helpful in answering my calls when I couldn’t get a hold of my primary agent for the role. He also passed on my messages within Edex to the relevant agent very quickly. Ryan was also very helpful in explaining a contract for a role and gave very honest, useful advice. Sometimes, however, communication wasn’t as fast as I’d hoped. When waiting to hear back, it’s hard to know whether slow communication is on the schools end or that of Edex. 5* for me would be for more communication - eg a reply, even if it’s to say there’s no news from the school as of yet. But overall a good experience. Thank you
