Issue resolved - Nothing in over a week, no contact, no delivery
Editing to comment that the team at Ebony Rose were brilliant at helping me resolve this issue. It seems like it was an anomaly, and I received my order successfully, thanks to the intervention from hailey (sp) and team, thank you all!
I still haven’t received my order, and it doesn’t look like it has even dispatched. :(
Usually, you have been incredibly fast, but I’m so very disappointed that I haven’t heard a word in the week since I placed my order.

Elaine in Ebonyrose came to visit my house and gave me wonderful ideas to redecorate each room ..She then put together a paint,lighting shelving and furniture and window dressing plan for the house which i loved . I am so pleased with the end result. Ebonyrose delivered every item on time and also hung all the window dressings. They also kept within my budget limit which was very important to me ..i have no hesitation in recommending Elaine and Ebonyrose for any help you may need to redesign a room or a whole house .. It was a fun and enjoyable experience..
