Arrogant & Extremely Rude Staff
Arrogant & Extremely Rude management in this shop. Shop open & Sale sign on Saturday 24 February however when I walked in I was told I couldn’t just walk in & browse brochures (which were there I assumed for browsing!) I was abruptly informed that staff were already with customers and that it was appointment only & to return after 2pm. My advice to owner/management is that customers don’t need this embarrassment & will certainly not return. If the shop is open, its open. If not, then close the door & put a sign up ‘appointment only’
If management would like a local example of excellent customer service please go to Shanley Interiors Navan, that’s were I went.

Our customers mean a lot to us and we have absolutely taken your feedback on board and looked at how your experience could have been a more positive one. We are grateful that you have brought this to our attention and would like to offer you some sense of why we feel we fell short on the day. Unfortunately, we were unexpectedly short staffed on the Saturday you visited which left our staff spread thinly. We hope that you can understand that although we endeavour to offer the highest quality in customer service, we are occasionally faced with challenges beyond our control that can have a knock-on effect within our team.
We are a busy interior store that offers both a retail service and a design service. When we do not already have a design consult booked we are more than happy to welcome walk in appointments on the day. It would never be the intention of a staff member to appear rude and we are very sorry that you felt this was the case when you visited the shop. Asking you to return when the design studio was free after 2pm would have been so that we could have a member of staff available to go through your requirements – design appointments are very specific to each customer, and we prefer not to rush our clients through the process. We understand you felt a brusqueness when you approached the design studio as our staff would have been mid design consultation and we do apologise for this. We have shared your feedback with our team and discussed how we can avoid a situation like this occurring in the future.
