Great customer service
Tara was amazing at keeping me in the loop. The walnut bed is gorgeous and worth the little wait. Delivery was prompt and bed frame was set up. Would recommend.

Great Company
Ebonyrose is the most helpful, honest and responsive company I have ever dealt with.
I received the wrong item and informed them I needed to return it and requested my ordered item again. I had an immediate response apologising also telling me I didn't need to return the item and my order would be sent.
The next day I received my item with hand written apologies.
Many thanks to a fantastic company which I will certainly deal with again

I messaged the company to ask about delivery as I wanted to order set some cushions but was going on holiday. I received a quick response telling me delivery would be 2 days and then a follow up message after I had ordered to confirm that they had been dispatched.
The cushions did arrive within 2 days and I am thrilled with them.
