I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Distinct Cremations for their professionalism filled with kindness and care. In particular, I would like to thank Sarah Miller who, following the unexpected death of a close family member, showed nothing but sensitivity and empathy while simultaneously organising all the necessary arrangements. Sarah’s communication skills were both flawless and reassuring at a very difficult time and I will always be greatly appreciative.

Very simple form to fill in. Everything is clearly written and easy to understand.

Set up a plan for myself online and, it was so easy to do.
Customer Service very helpful if you need to speak to them.
Although l spent time thinking about a plan l kept putting it off as dying is not something we like to talk about even though one day it will happen.
Glad l sorted it and it means my family do not need the stress of doing this for me.

Excellent Company had a fantastic lady Yasmin who helped and advised me through the process . The whole process from calling not long after my father in law passed away( no plan in place) and I had no clue what I was doing, Yasmin was excellent and made the stress go away. I would highly recommend this

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional yet genuinely caring.
Very helpful, understanding, patient and accommodating. They were always on hand to answer any questions and always kept you up to date with any progress, times, dates and even where the cremation would take place.
They offer a good range of services from very simple to more extensive with lots of other options available too.
The delivery of the ashes was very respectful and the lady was smartly dressed and came in a smart, black private ambulance.
At Christmas, I received options to be able to buy urns, caskets etc, in regards to where my husband was cremated and a lovely touch of receiving a heart that could have a name written on it to hang anywhere was so touching and thoughtful.
I have been very impressed with Distinct Cremations and would definitely recommend and use again should the need arise.

Bought a funeral plan online. Very easy and clear. Welcome pack sent promptly. I would advise you check if they have facilities near you as they use their own facilities. They have assured me they can take heavier people. Some other companies can't. All good so far
