The staff are very helpful
If there is anything you dont understand in the leaflets, phone them up as there is always someone there to help and they are very nice and understanding and helpful.

Very helpful staff , everything clearly explained. the process was very easy.
My only concern/ slight annoyance was even after saying a provisional yes (Just needed to speak to our children and arrange transfer of funds) I had follow up contact which made me a little uneasy and wondered if / why I was being pressured.
Also having sorted and paid, I still kept getting emails as if I had not booked plans.
Obviously so far we have not needed to actually use the service as such.
