Bought a funeral plan online. Very easy and clear. Welcome pack sent promptly. I would advise you check if they have facilities near you as they use their own facilities. They have assured me they can take heavier people. Some other companies can't. All good so far

Just one phone is all it took to organise my funeral Nobody wants make that call and sort things out but I felt very comfortable with the person on the other end. With everything in place I know feel at ease and that everything is in order. I would certainly recommend the service to others, knowing that all is sorted gives me peace of mind. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff any question I had they answered. I left the matter feeling very satisfied and to that I thank them.

Tracey could not have been more helpful. Unlike too many Customer Service Agents she listened before answering my questions. There was no second guessing.

We had enquired through a number of companies but overall found Distinct a better offer. We did not feel we were unduly pressurised with continuous chase up calls. We originally enquired in July but were unable to complete until October.
