Very quick responses from the team on the online chat service and very speedy resolution to my login issue. Firstly I dealt with Imogen who covered the basics but once we established it was a deeper issue she transferred me to Arshad who investigated and resolved the issue in minutes

Been with Cuckoo for over a year and always the best internet and customer service. Had an issue and dealt with Aloto who resolved it very professionally and who was very knowledgeable. The phone was answered reasonably…
The phone was answered reasonably quickly.
The recorded message about other options for Cuckoo Livechat etc. was read too fast to be useful, but I knew I did not want it so it did not matter to me.
Sam came on the phone after a short interval. I think my phone service is not strong but I was able to describe my problem, provide all the nescessary references to identify the account. There were a couple of 'on hold' periods as Sam needed to refer to a controller his end. Reasonable delays. Sam was able to confirm that the fixed charge for the land line would be refunded from the cessation of service. He also confirmed that as the land line service had ceased functionning and was not required it would not appear on future bills.
This is a correct and appropriate outcome, and I am entirely satisfied with Sam's role in achieving it . Thank you, your customer care was good.
