Dan helped us so much and gave us confidence to book our first ever cruise.

Hello my experience was fantastic to say the least. I can't speak highly enough of the company and especially Dan the member of staff we have been dealing with. I added my partner to the trip and Dan was able to sort this so quick and easy for us. Nothing was an issue for Dan to sort out for us.We are delighted with the service and can't wait for our trip in November. We will highly recommend your company for any of our friends for any trips going forward and we will also be back to use again.

Dan was excellent, very efficient and knowledgeable, even remembered names of my friends who has booked earlier in the week.

As usual, James was able to answer my queries straight away. More to the point he didn't laugh at a particularly silly query! I love Cruise Monks, and in particular, Dan and James. They are lovely!

Dan was excellent fully explained the options and diffrent levels.
Taking a curuse evey year you have a certain level of understanding and dan was totally transparant and made us fully aware of the package and explained how to alter our flights and jow to request a higher deck.

I spoke to their representative Dan and he was very polite, friendly and importantly listened to my questions before answering them fully. After the booking he called me back to say he had managed to increase my specialty dining package.
