Wonderful service
Sian H, who looked after us on the booking was wonderful, so knowledgeable about the ships and types of trips available at different destinations, I made a change on another booking which was no trouble for them, all in all a great experience throughout.

Very disappointing experience with Cruise 118. I contacted Cruise 118 yesterday to get a quote for an MSC cruise. I wanted two cabins, one balcony cabin and one interior cabin directly opposite, and I wanted a drinks package for the guests in the balcony cabin only. The advisor told me that this wasn’t possible because we wouldn’t be able to dine together unless both cabins had the same drinks package. I explained that I understood MSC’s rules had changed and that guests staying in separate cabins can dine together even if they have different drinks packages. Rather than checking the current information, the advisor repeatedly told me that I was wrong and became increasingly argumentative. The situation then became even more disappointing when she told me she was going to put the phone down on me, and then actually ended the call. I didn’t receive a quote, an alternative option, or any assistance with the cruise I was trying to book. I contacted Cruise 118 expecting a professional cruise specialist to provide accurate information and good customer service. Unfortunately, that’s not what I experienced. I would therefore like Cruise 118 to review the recording of my call and investigate both the information I was given and the way I was treated.

A manager has been in direct contact with you regarding your concerns, has personally reviewed the call, and has offered a sincere apology for the service you received. Following this review, we agree that the interaction did not meet the standards of service we strive to provide.
While our concierge was working from information that we understood to be correct at the time, we appreciate that you raised a valid query regarding a recent change to MSC's drinks package policy. Rather than seeking clarification directly with the cruise line, the discussion became unproductive, and we acknowledge that this should have been handled differently.
We have since identified conflicting information across MSC's regional websites and have contacted MSC directly to obtain clarification on the current policy so that we can ensure customers receive accurate and consistent advice going forward. We will continue to review this matter with them and keep you updated as further information becomes available.
We sincerely apologise once again for both the manner in which your enquiry was handled and for the fact that you did not receive the quotation and assistance you contacted us for. Your feedback has been taken seriously and has been addressed internally.
Whilst we are disappointed that we did not have the opportunity to assist with your booking on this occasion, we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and giving us the opportunity to learn from your experience.

Complete Package
I booked a holiday package with this company and booked the cruise over a year in advance. It is only now that flights and hotel accommodation have become available and Julia has been an amazing help with this. She had suggested some flights but I wanted better times and she changed this for me, no problem at all. She also answered all my questioned and arranged everything that I asked her to arrange and kept me updated with everything.
Couldn't have asked for a better service and will certainly use this company again.
