I first contacted customer service on the 11th may as the machine was hardly sucking up any water, I used a full tank to clean my stairs and there was only around 3 to 4 hundred mls in the dirty water tank when I had finished. I'm disabled and diabetic and the work it took to try and suck the water up caused me to have a dangerous hypo and had to get my daughter to come home. First of all it took ages to get a response to my email and was then told they wanted proof I explained about my health conditions and that I would be putting myself at danger in doing it all again, I was then told without proof I would have to pay the return postage costs, which I couldn't afford, I had saved for a long time to be able to purchase a cleaner.Now 18 MESSAGES and 23 DAYS later I am STILL waiting for them to let me return it!

Very clear website to navigate, easily found what I wanted. Great price, and had a discount code to apply. Fast despatch and delivery, with notifications. Fairly easy instructions to follow, although I couldn’t work out how to fit the hard floor adapter to the carpet brush.

Very easy purchase following much research into what was best for me. Only problem was with DPD who delivered the 24V USB battery only on the promised day of delivery. The driver said maybe the mower was on another van! It came the next day, with the same driver. It was not clear to expect TWO deliveries.

The three Cleva products I bought are all well designed and effective.

The Lawnmaster I have purchased (the smallest one) is ideal for a lawn of less than 150 M Sq. Easy to operate, does a good job and value for money.

I bought a 1800w hover mower which I am very pleased with. I was initially looking at Flymo who prodcts I have been using for over 30yrs, they didn't respond to a query so I went shopping. So glad I did, this mower blows Flymo out of the water. It will mulch, the cable is longer and it hovers. Only downside to fold the handle is fiddly, I have room to store with the handle fully extended so not a problem for me.

Robot lawnmower travels but doesn’t cut. Says UK support but almost a week between customer service contact.

Receptive support when asking which product I needed to buy. Purchased. Worked well for 2 weeks then machine died. Multiple support requests, social media DMs. No response. No other option to contact. Expensive mistake by me.

I ordered two products from this company: 1. Lawnmaster cordless lawnmower. This product is excellent and works as described 2. Lawnmaster cordless Trimmer, which uses same batteries as the lawnmower, which is one of the reasons I ordered it. Sadly, this product does not seem to work. More frustratingly, raising tickets with the support team (via an online form) has resulted in no response at all. I have now raised a request to return the item - via the same support contact it seems. So, if your product works, then the ordering and delivery of the product is great. But if you have an issue, then the support contact has poor response. That has been my experience.

I bought. Robot lawn mower for my partner who is finding it difficult to use a traditional mower due to arthritis in his elbows. I read the reviews on this company and they had the budget I could spend. Mower came and worked a treat…..ONCE now it doesn’t cut at all. We’ve tried a couple of times since the initial cut and yes the grass has grown. It just makes a noise but no cutting. Sent a message for the company to contact me……NOTHING…. Just a number for my request but no other contact. Curious there’s no phone number!!!!!!! I wonder why!!!!! I suspect lots of complaints, maybe. I wait in anticipation. A very disappointed partner and I’m quite miffed.
