I am now retired and a part time hobby DIYer .When I bought this machine, approximately 3years ago, I was deeply influenced by the positive reviews and quality of customer care reviews.
Wrong!!!
Many of the reviews refer to speed of delivery of a new machine, mainly next day , however, a spare part replacement does not travel at that speed , add on another couple of days .
As I said earlier, I’m now retired , so the machine is now in the “lightly used Category” ie hoovering the car twice a year for an hour .
2 days use in spring time ,
4 hours use hoovering spiders webs from cladding .
Cleaning up DIY decorating, annual x 2 hrs max.
As you can see very light usage .
This year started the spring time deck tidy up.
Only worked a short time when the machine stopped working.
Drat !!
Ok , it’s a good company will phone customer care ..
Explained the problem , went through a check list ..
Oops usage doesnt matter now it’s outside warranty.
Despite Cleva’s own diagnostic check suggesting a loose wire in their motor .
That will be £30 for a replacement motor.
Gulp, (right 🤔 need to get this deck spring cleaned and finished ) better pay it .🥱
…..Meanwhile , days later still waiting for the replacement motor, go on eBay and find much more powerful vacuums

Quicker lead time … all for under £30 !!!
Yup a complete brand new more powerful unit less than the replacement CLEVA motor cost!!
Conclusion..
It’s not worth paying and extra £60 for a CLEVA hoover .
They have reached their market share sales targets in Uk , so customer care is out the window,
I’m a really disappointed CLEVA customer
That was my second Product purchase and will be my last .
My advice , before buying from this company check out the other machines available, on EBay or Amazon , the vacuum maybe have a slightly reduced capacity, but at under £30 it’s a no brainer .
Don’t make my mistake !!!

Prompt delivery to N Ireland within a few days of placing order. Lawnmower and strimmer were extremely well packaged and were undamaged! Items were simple to put together with basic instruction pamphlet. I have used both items and am very pleased with the result of the lawnmowers first cut. There was the occasional moment when I felt the mower had or was about to stop despite continuing to hold the start lever! ( battery still had sufficient charge remaining, it slowed down almost as if the battery had been depleted, but once the lever had been engaged again it started once more. Overall happy with my purchase, good value for money, time will tell!

I had a fault with my lawn mover within guarantee period. My support query was very quickly responded to, I was offered a refund or replacement. A refund was sent on my request asap. Great no non-sense service. Strongly recommend.

I love my new vacuum cleaner! It is as described and it arrived quickly with no fuss.

Efficient in every way .

I needed a spare part, contacted them, instead of them just quoting me for the part, they asked for the serial number and when I bought it, and if it was under two yers, they would supply FOC. My mower is just on three years so I just asked to buy the parts, they have gone out of their way to help me, fantastic customer serve, (big shout out to Audrey, who helped me)

Vacmaster WD L20 | 240V Dust Extractor
CLEVA is 5 stars *****

But unfortunately, DPD let you down and delivered 3 days late, so they don't deserve any stars!

Now to be fair to Cleva, they are a brilliant company, I have the larger brother to this dust extractor (Vacmaster WD L30 Wet & Dry Dust Extractor), but I needed a smaller more versatile one for tight spaces in attics or for usuing on a scaffold tower. It has not disapointed and the 1600w motor is excellent for cleaning up site debris quickly and safely. I also have the Vacmaster Air Mover, which is great for onsite jobs too! Usuing power tools that require sawdust extraction etc, The base unit has a plug for the power tool, so when it's turned on, so is the dust extraction (with the power tools dust attachment).

My partner runs a b&b and uses the Vacmaster Easy Clean for carpet stains (excellent) and we are still trying out the very versatile 'Vacmaster Respira, Lift Off Pet, Upright Vacuum Cleaner' - worked great at first, but an impatient cleaner, snapped something off the handle and we have to sort that out seperately (the detachable parts of it, whilst versatile, are a bit flimsy).

Overall, well done Cleva for designing excellent products at hard to beat prices!
