Great little lawnmower for the price easy set up and easy to use

Bought a Lawnmaster cordless mower direct from Cleva the manufacturer. Delivery was very prompt next day. Had the mower about 12 months now and has and is performing very well. I bought an extra battery at initial purchase time.
My experience has been wonderful. Batteries last a good long time, I may sometimes have to change battery after about 20 minutes use.

I was so impressed I bought a chainsaw not many weeks after also with a battery, so I have 3 batteries in total. The saw has been put to good use having cut and pruned a number of trees. Fantastic piece of kit. Only today I am replacing the chain.

I have now ordered a Strimmer without battery today, expecting delivery tomorrow. Will write a review later when I have had some use and experience of it. So far, no complaints at all.

Ordered spare blades for my drop and go lawnmower, which is great btw. At first I thought it was a bit expensive but then I realised that the pack has enough blades for 5 complete changes. That is very good value and the speed of delivery was a surprise, so top marks all round!

Great quality lawnmower received exactly as described with next day express delivery. Easy to order on the website and good communication from Cleva throughout the process. Straightforward to assemble the lawnmower which did the job. So much easier to have a cordless lawnmower and with an extra battery and fast charger.

Bought a Cleva Vacmaster vacuum cleaner, best vacuum I've ever owned. It's substantial but very mobile, moves exactly to your requirements. Suction amazing don't think there's anything this vacuum isn't capable of. Highly recommended.

I have bought a robot mower and a hedge trimmer from Cleva. Both working fine. The battery charger for the hedge trimmer stopped working recently so I emailed customer services. They sent me a replacement within 5 days, so I’m very happy with their service.

Mower worked fine for a week, then showed a camera fault which was unable to be resolved by their troubleshooting guide. Contacted ‘customer services’ twice, but no response.

Purchased “Monty”….. a LawnMaster OcuMow® 16 Drop and Mow Robot Lawnmower with MX 24V 4.0Ah lithium battery and fast charger in November 2024.

POSITIVES:

*Not having to lay perimeter wire /no islands is a huge bonus
*Not having to have a power socket attached to charging station is a huge bonus
*Given its cost and size it mows really well.
* It will not bump into objects.
*It can be easily carried using the neat handle but it is still a heavy machine even without battery and easy to store.
* It is very easy to clean the underside of the deck with a brush.
*Super easy to unbox and set up. Battery came partially charged
*Has good functionality and a range of cutting heights
*battery is easy to charge and insert in robot.
* Easy to read printed manual included in box
* It is EXCEPTIONALLY silent and will not disturb the neighbours

NEGATIVES:

*It only cuts forward. It does not reverse cut
*Camera and Sensors do not operate well in shade
*It is tricky to get it started. If you do not follow the sequence ie wait for all 3 lights to go green and then press start ….. you have to remove the battery and restart the sequence again
*It does not do edge cutting so lawn edge requires strimming
*No software updates … not mentioned in the instruction manual that comes with machine
*No scheduling module, no App but that is not really necessary as its a drop and go machine
*Difficult to adjust cutting heights. Rotary knob is quite stiff to turn
*The 3 Razor blades are difficult to remove… very sharp so a glove is required.

Good product, fast delivery

Before buying I emailed Cleva to ensure I could obtain a replacement cutting wheel as it was not listed on their website. The reply was positive and reviews were helpful, so I ordered. Delivery was prompt. Only had 10 days but shredded a large conifer (not the thicker branches) . It made the job easy and did NOT clog once. Very pleased so far.

Mower worked fine for one summer and then the battery died (tested on my workbench) and had to be replaced. Out of warranty so I had to pay £40 for replacement. Still waiting for delivery 11 days after purchasing. Chinglish error messages on the Contact Us page repeatedly telling me there has been an error.

Infuriating. Avoid.

I have bought a strimmer, lawnmower and blower (older model) from a Cleva and all 3 have worked perfectly.

I had them for 3 years and obviously luck has played its part!

The spare parts element is excellent eg blades, spools etc. Enquiries are dealt with quickly, especially via email on The Cleva website.
Parts are relatively cheap and they support their older models, which is great in my case.

I can recommend them, but obviously that’s based on my experience.

Twice I have purchased direct from this company, I have 5 different gardening items all battery powered and interchangeable. From the short time that I have had them and used them, I think they have been a great purchase and success. Delivery was prompt and easy to order online. I hope they will be as reliable as they are great to use.

I was bought a Lawnmaster L10 Robot Lawn Mower for my birthday in October 2024. I’ve not taken it out the box until April 2025 because it’s winter. I sent a fault report as the battery won’t charge. I received a response from Debs who asked for the serial number, batch number and video of the fault. ALL of this content/info was provided in my original complaint so they didn’t even read my original email. I’ve messaged them again and received nothing. No response at all since then so I’m getting the message they couldnt care less.
Update: It’s now August and still no answer from Cleva since April! Avoid this awful company. Deb has not responded to me since I sent the serial number and photo/video of the issue.

I am really pleased with my Vacmaster. I don't often write reviews but on this occasion the product is exactly what I needed as I find the vacuum very light which is a benefit because of disability and age, heavy vacuums I cannot push. It picks up really well on carpets and also hard floors.

We find our new clevauk really wonderful, and have named him Fanwell.the name of the best gardener we had while living in Zimbabwe. He looks good for a start and he does a Stirling job. Another advantage, he is silent

Three weeks after ordering an item, I’m still waiting. No phone number, have emailed as instructed but still no reply. Terrible customer service. I will not be using them again even if I do eventually get my order.
