Superb Product. Purchased a robotic mower and it works superb

The robot lawnmower is easy to install and operate. The time it gives me back is fantastic and the micro cuttings returned to the lawn saves issues with what to do with heaps of grass.
Original replacement blades are very easy to replaced.
The real test is what happens if stuff doesn't work.
This is where Cleva proved to be far better than I have experienced elsewhere.
A button on the control panel stopped functioning.
I used the form on the web site. They replied in a couple of days as promised. I sent a brief video of the problem the same day. They replied the next day and made arrangements to send a new mower under warranty. It was delivered free by DPD in a couple of days.
I would not hesitate to recommend the product and the company

Vacmaster Easyclean Carpet Cleaner

I used the Vacmaster Easyclean Carpet cleaner on the light grey carpet in my bedroom , it was very easy to use and it removed all the make up stains on the carpet . My carpet now looks as good as new. Another bonus is that it is compact and easy to store. I would highly recommend this cleaner .

Easy to use app, order easily place, various payment options. Order delivered earlier that expected, well packaged to prevent damage. Lawn mower easy to assemble and exactly as described on app.

Once I had my questions answered via your Customer Support Team, the order process was very smooth. The delivery far quicker than anticipated too.
I ordered a LawnMaster 37cm 24v mower and a LawnMaster 24v cordless grass strimmer. Pretty straightforward to put together.
Early days, but very impressed. Nice lines too! Two batteries are so helpful as well.
Was interested in a robot mower, however I have one lawn with hard borders - so camera version would have been great. The other lawn would have required a lot of prep to make it usable for same type. Shame.

Ordering was simple and the mower was delivered the next day. Charged it up, set it going and that was that. There were a couple of areas where it needed a bit of help as it got stuck. I did zero preparation, just wanted to see what happened. Once stuck it turned itself off and waited to be rescued. A great bit of kit which does exactly what it says on the box. Highly recommended!

Ordering process easy and quick. Received mower the next day. Has now been running just over a week and meeting expectations, will be interesting to see how reliable it is over the next few months. Noticed the blades need cleaning after a week but could be my fault for not cutting the lawn prior and being to keen to try out the new mower.

The lawnmower arrived quickly, very well boxed and is quiet and very efficient cut.. I love it!
Perhaps more importantly, the grass box did arrived with an attached lug broken sadly. However, within hours of emailing customer services I had a reply stating that a replacement was on its way.. excellent customer service

I've had an L10 mower for a couple of years , I reached out to cleva, I had a problem with the mower.
No phone number to get hold of customer support , only the option of completing a support form, filled in the form (no estimate on how long it will take someone to come back to you), waited a week to try and get support.......... Nothing. went on Facebook live chat (opened at 9 apparently), still no reply by the end of that day. Reply from the live chat did arrive telling me to fill in support form on the website (shame I had already done this and told them and also told them I had waited over a week for a reply) yet again no more reply's . So obviously did not really read the love chat message either.

2 further weeks on ,still no reply from support form, and lots of long grass

Lesson learnt, mower sent to scrap, (as I would now refuse to spend any more money with this company, even if they did bother to come back to me with a sensible solution.

never again will I use cleva or any other company that doesn't give out a customer service number on a purchase that cost hundreds of pounds.

Great company that looks after its customers. Have been using their L10 model for over 2 years. Still working everyday like a champ. They support team is also amazing! If you are looking for a reliable mower, this is the company to go for

Ronnie the robot mower is a gamechanger, this little Ocumow 18 is brilliant, simple to use and just does its job, saving me time to watch it while sipping a glass of something cold, because it is fascinating to watch!

Cleva customer service was next to none.
I purchased a robot mower and had a problem installing it myself and when I contacted them I was directed where I went wrong.
The after sales by Sarah was exceptional and professional.
The help she provided projects the company to another level and I will have no hesitation in purchasing again from cleva.

Seemed to be incapable of making a simple delivery absolutely inefficient

Bought your hoover product over a year ago. Very reasonable price. Great hoover. Had couple of parts breakdown and I havto say your customer service has been fantastic. Parts arrived within 2 days.
