Have had my robot mower for about 18 months and I absolutely love it but unfortunately something had gone wrong so I contacted customer support. I was contacted by Beth really promptly and I provided the evidence of the issue. Beth was amazing and the issue was resolved most satisfactorily in no time at all and without all the backward and forwarding you are usually subjected too with other companies. For once a guarantee you can rely on. Fantastic service. Thankyou Beth and thankyou Cleva. Customers can be assured of a good service with this company.

One wheel was found to be broken when I assembled the vacuum cleaner. However, the response to my report was handled immediately and the new wheel arrived quickly.
One design improvement I suggest is a rotating joint on the tool end of the suction pipe, so that the user is not left fighting a twist in the pipe during use.

My robot mower stopped working and I contacted cleva uk about it. To say that my query was answered quickly doesn't do it service. Beth the representative answered immediately and after supplying the details of the problem to her I was offered a replacement mower. The problem was it could not be shipped from the UK to Ireland. Notwithstanding that Beth followed the issue and referred me to the European agency. I am happy to report that I am currently waiting a replacement mower. I must say that the service I received throughout was excellent. The care and courtesy I received is rare nowadays. The products are super and perform very well. I am very happy to deal with this company and can highly recommend them for the quality of their products and the after care treatment I received.

Great customer service
I've had an L10 robot mower for 2 years, and it is a fantastic machine. It has saved me countless hours of mowing time.
As others have noted, there does seem to be a weakness with the front wheels, which fall apart over time. However Cleva's response has been fantastic, sending replacement units within hours, free of charge.

I've had some issues with the front wheels of my Lawnmaster l10 falling off. Three wheels in two years have needed replacing. However, Cleva have replaced them very quickly and free of charge, with one of these incidents falling just outside of the warranty period.

It's also worth noting, the lawn mower does a fantastic job in keeping the lawn neat so as long as it's only out of action for a few days here and there, I can live with it.

Good timely delivery and lawnmower and strimmer both working well. All packaging was card/paper so good from an environmental point of view.

I had a problem with my VBRM16 Robotic Lawnmower that I raised with Cleva Support. The problem was dealt with by Beth in very positive and timely manner. Probably the best customer service that I have experienced from any company. Well done and thank you. Highly recommended.

My robot mower developed a problem that stopped it working. The service team helped me over a few weeks to identify the issue, which ultimately we were not able to repair. Subsequently Cleva provided a replacement mower free of charge, even though I was just outside the warranty period.

The level of service and support was exemplary and amazing.

The OcuMow 18 MX 24V works brilliantly well on the 'little and often' method. The charging station is quick to setup and the factory defaults for the mower settings get it started with no hassle (you can tweak them later, but there's not much to change).

The mower has been cutting my U-shaped lawn with well defined edges for five weeks. The base of that U is a 2m wide passage but the mower always finds its way through on its random pattern. A couple of flower beds have been protected using the magnetic strip because the plants look a little like grass. Could have done with a few more pegs for the mag-strip and the plastic ground screws for the charging station are weak. No robot mower cuts the edges perfectly, so an occasional strim is needed.

Overall: a well-designed machine for a very competitive price.

Cordless mower ordered Friday morning delivered next day. Easy to set up. So much quieter than previous corded mower, and a lot easier and quicker to use because I don't have to faff about with a cable! Hope it lasts a long time.

Once the tracking app came through the package came exactly at the time specified and there were no problems at all with the ordering process

Great product! I ordered the spot cleaner as I needed one for rough stains. I'm really impressed, it made light work of puppy stains.
