I am really happy with the customer service in the Lewisham Citibase office : Navin and Mayo have been nothing but nice and responsive whenever I needed their help.
I also like the atmosphere in the workplace and its location near Lewisham train station is ideal.

Aztec West is the best. Lola and Tanya are very helpful and are easy to speak to.

Great place to work from. Excellent staff, always friendly and willing to help.

The offices and facilities in Lewisham are kept well and the staff are ever so helpful and professional.

Navin and Ionut have been very helpful here at levisham.
They have been very helpful for me as I work in the building...
They always have a contingency plan and ready to help.

Relocated to Citibase 'Fox Court' earlier this year - excellent centre team, Dennis, Lillie, Ryan and Steven, who ensure a friendly and professional environment and welcoming to visiting clients - as does John's building management/security team.

We moved in at start of 2023 and although there were a few issues when setting up, the team were really helpful and always tried to find a solution. Friendly team and genuine, which is rare these days.

I have been working in one of the offices at the Lewisham branch for a month and the team have made the start of my employment very nice. They’re always welcoming and a joy to talk to. No task is ever too big for them. The reception team is great and always radiating positivity. Truly a happy and positive vibe.

I’ve been working at Lewisham Citibase for over a year and a half and love the working environment the team create here. They are always extremely attentive and support our needs as both individuals and as a charity. The team at Lewisham go above and beyond to support us and are always on hand to assist. The space itself is amazing; they have established really open, modern and clean communal areas for us to relax, eat and work in and it makes the experience of coming to work extra special. Thanks guys for all you do!

the girls (Beth and Paula) have been great since we moved in, nothing has been an issue and they sorted a hiccup with rent the same day! glad we chose Citibase to be the home of our business.

The staff at Citibase are excellent, especially Jade and Michael. Always happy to help and very patient with us as we downsized and relocated in the same building. They are always willing to go the extra yard to make being a tenant easier and happy to help assist in tasks.

We have an office at Birmingham Quadrant Court. This is the worst serviced office company I have dealt with. Their compliance team are incredibly unhelpful and arrogant and have made us jump through endless hoops unnecessarily. They have no compassion or commercial sense and refuse to speak with you directly to resolve any issues. I would avoid their offices at all costs.
