Stacey and the team at Citibase (Birmingham Business Park) are always friendly, professional and ready to help with anything we need. Stacey goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly from assisting visitors to handling delivery’s. It’s reassuring to know Stacey, Kim and Phoebe are there to support us.

Used easy hub co-working space for the first time. Customer service was excellent, especially from Aimee! Check in was super simple, location is good and Aimee went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to ensure I had what I needed! Will definitely return!

Citibase are the, MOST DIFFICULT UNINTERESTED landlord we have ever had….

Within months of taking residency at the Ditchling Road, Brighton space, we were broken into THREE times in THREE weeks. Citibase did absolutely zero to prevent or support this, and it was only after the police were called for the 3rd time telling Citibase it was bordering on wasting police time did they act. We were left £30k out of pocket, and it took months for Citibase to accept any responsibility. They were very unsympathetic and didn’t care at all about the stress, worry, cost, and impact on staff or the business. They argued all the way down the line, shouted down the phone, and even went on to imply it was an 'internal job'!

To become a client of this company, is the longest, most drawn out process. You need to provide crazy amounts of information, personal and business, then have documents signed in the presence of lawyers (at your cost). They will not let you move in one hour before your tenancy starts, which if you want to save on business interruption and move in at the weekend for example, you will need to pay. Everything with this company is at a cost, if you decide to employ a new team member despite the fact you have rented the adequate amount of space, you will need to pay for them to be ‘on-boarded’ which is essentially giving them a plastic door access key…and so the sundry cost continue!

The location is ok, and it does have parking however getting post delivered can be tricky as it seems the postcode covers 3 different building on the same site.

The office furniture is old and needs replacing, the chairs provided are uncomfortable, broken and dirty. The building is run down and in poor state of repair, vulnerable and unsecure. The toilets consistently have excrement in the bowls, urine on the floor, no tissue paper, or soap to wash your hands. Kitchens are tiny and filthy. Carpets are dirty, never vacuumed, bins never emptied, windows filthy. The broadband is expensive, and is not particularly stable or quick, it is outsourced to a third party who take an age to resolve any issues.

You will pay more than double that of a central Brighton carpark per month to park your vehicle here. If you are lucky enough to get a space you may find its sold to ‘a new and bigger client’ without warning.

We sold our business and transferred some products to its sister company – we reached out to Citibase to make them aware. They said we needed to set up a new agreement and go through that tiresome process. We took advice and our solicitor said a simple ‘Deed of Assignment’ would sort this, Citibase refused this point blank. When we told them this was unacceptable, they then dug their heels demand a new deposit and agreement and threatened to lock us out of the office if we did not comply. Without warning or any further discussion, they then rented the space to another company. Our belief is they simply wanted to keep the deposit of the sold company– be warned!

Citibase are a very difficult bunch of people to deal with, they are a ‘grab-a-buck’ organisation, their customer service is non-existent, they care so little about their customers or the property. The number of companies that come and go is astounding.

In the long 2 years we’ve been contracted they have had 3 centre managers, each seemed demotivated, miserable, and frustrated.

We are all delighted we’re now finally out of contract and leaving.

Citibase is always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It has recently had some updates so acts as a really well designed and flexible conferencing space. A huge shout out to Cath who is always on hand to support and is extremely friendly and approachable.

Dawid and Jennifer at Citibase Edinburgh St Colme St are two of the most professional, helpful kind people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. When I have ever had issues they have dealt with them swiftly and going above and beyond each and every time.

Paul Fowler the new manager at Citibase Victoria is excellent. I have been here for 6 months and the whole centre and experience has been brilliant.

The staff are friendly, nice, they are caring to a fault especially Ionut and Sokaina. They make the office space feel like home. .Citibase Lewisham is the best. Keep it up

I have worked in the Citibase Victoria offices for the past year, and it has been fantastic. The offices are clean, well looked after and there is a great community within the building. The Citibase team are amazing and always super helpful, as well as being a friendly face each morning. Steven especially goes above and beyond if we ever have any issues or queries, as well as being a great guy to chat to! I would highly recommend if you're looking for a new office space.

We have been in the building for over 30 years, and changed to serviced offices from direct leases in 2021. Citibase have always been really helpful, the staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely recommend them!

Since Debbie the office manager left a year ago the office has really suffered. No longer is the place a friendly and clean environment to be in, rather an afterthought with a rotation of managers. Currently the sink in the kitchen is out of order and one of the dishwasher has been out of order for a couple of weeks meaning you are greeted by a pile of dirty dishes when you come in along with clean ones just piled up on the side. It gets worse throughout the day with surfaces becoming dirty and consumables not being replenished. Just not a nice place to be.

The support we have received since moving in has been great, we have seen so many changes operationally here with management, but have to say Louise Jeffery, Operations Assistant for our floor has been very supportive and approachable and friendly and things get done when requested.

It's a great office building. Cath, Thomas and Kevin are super helpful and nothing is ever too much for them. The location is perfect for motorway access (m62 and m6). The building itself is always really clean and tidy. It has recently been renovated internally and looks great. Could highly recommend Genesis Centre if you are looking for a hub type office.

Citibase Edinburgh has unfortunately gone down hill. They up the price drastically at each contract renewal, despite amenities such as heating and WiFi (essentials for a business!) not working half the time. They also take a long time to reply to emails and don’t notify business owners when work is being done that may disrupt services.

Horrible place. We didn't have 24 hr access to our room, as advertised. We had to wait for someone to unlock the room each morning (despite starting course half hr before).
There is no TV provided (we were told we could have this when unused).
There is no functional window to get air.
There are a lack of basics including utensils for food.
18/09/24- no internet.

We've been at Citibase Birmingham Business Park [The Crescent] for almost 3-years and have had a great experience throughout.

Tremendous credit to Stacey, Phoebe and Kim who look after the businesses on the site. Stacey in particular always go above and beyond to look after us, nothing is ever too much trouble and today she's helped us resolve some Wifi issues. It's allowed me to focus on my core business without the worry, distraction and hassle of managing a building. Great location, easy access from motorway, always a warm welcome from the team on reception and nice wow greeting area to welcome suppliers and guests !

Our offices were broken in to 3 times in 4 weeks, there is zero security, no CCTV, the offices are dirty (the cleaners are next to useless), staff are rude, there is zero customer service.

Citibase couldn't care less, they are the worst landlord we've dealt with in 18 years of business and wish we'd never moved in.

Aimee exuded class and unrivalled professionalism. The whole experience at Citibase from the moment we walked through the door, was fantastic. Aimee was so accommodating and hospitable. Aimee listened to what we needed, offered suggestions and steered us to exactly what we needed. DIVERT will be back in the future to take full advantage of the incredible facilities on offer at Citibase Lewisham.

We have been a customer of the Citibase Bristol Aztec West officially since end of December 2023 and from the moment of the first viewing, to moving in and then subsequently moving into a larger office to accommodate our growing team, we have had nothing but 10/10 service from Shannon, Tanya and Lola.

I viewed several other serviced and managed office brands in the area and they stood out above their competitors.

Would highly recommend Citibase Bristol Aztec West for all of your co-working, serviced office and meetinh or conference room needs.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Clean building with plenty of parking, options of meeting rooms, onsite shop and great deli amongst other food options.
