Citibase Bristol - Very friendly staff, great to chat with and deal with any problems/queries quickly and professionally.

I booked citibase croydon for a last min meeting and Mayo couldn't have been any more accommodating. He was quick to get back to my enquiry and very professional and friendly. As our group was little to large for their usual meeting room Mayo set up a spare office room to fit our meeting and within a few hours of me booking the room he has sent photos to confirm we were happy with the set up. Couldn't recommend more if you need a meeting space within Central Croydon.

Jade Jacobs has been delightful, Professional and just an all over pleasure to work with.

I have worked in many office space buildings over the years and by far Citibase in Victoria where we have our office has been the best.

Quick enough to take the money upfront but not to return it when leaving early due to contractual issues on Citibase’s part. They will take money from deposits to complete work that isn’t needed as the room is in better condition on exit than entry. No customer service skills, no one responds to emails and no one seems to care about the paying tenants. Building work started with no prior warning or offer of compensation and no one seems to care! They don’t take complaints seriously and just fob you off with their issues instead of listening to those of the tenants

I have been using Citibase in Lewisham for almost two years, which has now become a necessity for me. I have a nomadic, isolated job with no central office so WFH is the only option. Having only worked in big, busy companies, I really struggle doing this all the time so I come once a week to use the shared, communal spaces. I look forward to the instant social and friendly interactions while learning about all the other businesses and workers there. Ionut and Navin are always on-hand to help with their positive, can-do attitudes and make the place a nice environment in which to work!

Here at Citybase Uxbridge Great facilities and really helpful.

We are an independent Fostering Agency (Foster Cares Ltd) who use Citibase Meeting room and facilities at the Genesis Centre, Birchwood, for our Carer Support Meetings and Training Events. The Staff, Kevin, Catherine and Tom, are professional, friendly and very helpful with any requests we have.

Chris Hanna and his team haven't gave me my deposit back for office F25 at Q16 Newcastle. He was very quick to take the deposit when I needed the office, but when it comes to giving it back, all communications just stop. I’ve tried calling, emailing, texting etc. no luck - My agreement expired on the 30th April, it’s been 9 months! Still patiently waiting

I’ve been a tenant for 6 months now and am very impressed with the helpfulness of all the Reception Team and Management. In particular I’d like to say that Heidi has gone the extra mile on several occasions incl helping with the week long charity fundraiser that I organised in the building, amongst other admin related tasks. Very good customer service from Heidi and the rest of the team.

UPDATE: Writing an update 2 and 1/2 months after moving out. It pains us that this review will have an impact on the lovely staff of Citibase Holborn. However, as someone else mentioned before, when the time comes to move out and return the deposit, it takes absolutely forever with little to no response. We had to repeatedly call the management as our emails were being completely ignored (and when we called, we were told they were on holiday, just about to call, they actually had more time than we were saying even though we sent them a screenshot of the contract where it states how much time they have, etc etc.).

Long story short, we moved out end of April on the very last day as nobody even clocked we were supposed to move, got in touch whether we were leaving etc. Nobody really cared. It's now mid-July and we still don't know when we will see our deposit back. As a small company, every pound counts so the lack of transparency is frustrating, to say the least.

We're a new, small company and we were looking to rent a space quite central but for a reasonable price - we found Citibase Holborn and after our tour, we immediately signed with them. It's been a few months now but we never had any issues, we befriended the staff who know us on a first-name basis which is always a nice way to feel. Even though we're small compared to other companies, we feel valued, seen & heard. No ask is too big (once they were sweet enough to bring a delivery of flowers upstairs when we weren't in and put them in water for us so they wouldn't die!), the location is great, the premises are tidy and perfect for what we were looking for. Honestly, couldn't recommend more! Lillie and Steve are absolute angels :)

Great place to hold a meeting. The place was very tidy, and comfortable. Very attentive staff ensuring that water , tea & coffee and biscuits were topped up throughout the day.

CITIBASE UXBRIDGE - Best Front Desk Ever!

Heidi, Aaron and Ian are outstanding at looking after the tenants in the building, it's as if they're part of the team!

Ionut and Navin are two of the loveliest people to meet on a daily basis at the coworking space of Citibase Lewisham. They both go above and beyond the requirements of the job, always helpfully assisting you with anything you require in the office. Their cheerful and friendly demeanour makes the workspace seem a joy to come to, and I very much enjoy the atmosphere they help build. It’s better than any other office space I’ve worked in. Thank you for being so super at your job!

The Citibase Holborn management and security team on the front desk are second to none. Warm, friendly, and nothing ever seems too much. We've been to some great offices, but feel so fortunate to have found this one. The team are so happy to be here.

Citibase in The Genesis Centre, Birchwood is a great place. The staff, Cath, Kevin and Tom are always helpful. Any issues are acknowledge straight away and are dealt with in a timely manner.
Cath is always a smiling face at reception and has a great manner with customers and visitors alike.
The centre is a lovely place in a great location.
