I'm sorry to write this review. If anything went wrong with the machines or the app or anything, I never got my money back. I am fortunate to not need this anymore, as I moved to another place. I have some small amount on my account still - I'm giving it to you freely. I just hope I will never have to deal with you again. My experience dates from years 2019 to 2023.

Sophia is very helpful. Although I have to wait a few minutes. She helped refund my money back.

We at Capitol Students in Edinburgh have been using Circuit for 3 plus years so far and are excellent, they are quick at sorting problems when things go wrong and getting staff out. A special mention goes out to Katie she is an absolute star and very helpful and knowledgeable, she is an absolute joy to have on site. Keep up the good work.

Katie, the customer relations manager is great. She is cheerful, looks after our student property in Gorgie Edinburgh very well and gave us advice on how to properly maintain the washing machine and dryer.

Katie, who attended our Tramworks site was very helpful and keen to support us with ongoing improvements to be made to the site

Katie was great, good chat plus happy to help. You can tell she is experienced in her field.

Had a problem with our tumble dryer, Steve as always was quick to respond to my email and arrive at park to resolve our issue

Trouble with being charged twice but the lovley Tori from the customer service team got in contact very quickly when i used the support chat on the app and refunded me within ten minutes of the false charge!

I’ve been working with Circuit Laundry for over 7 years at Highlight Thomas Street, and it has truly been a pleasure. A very special mention must go to Warren, who has been supporting our site for many years now. He is incredibly kind, reliable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure our machines are working perfectly. Whenever we need him, he’s there, gets the job done, and fixes every issue with such care and professionalism — we genuinely adore him. He is a real credit to the Circuit Laundry team and absolutely deserves recognition. I’d also like to say how impressed I’ve always been with the desk team; every person we speak to is clearly very well trained, friendly, and so helpful, with quick responses whenever we call. It’s a pleasure to work with Circuit Laundry, and having someone like Warren on the team makes it even more special. I worked with Circuit to photograph two new laundry rooms they had opened recently. Katie Urquhart who I met at the student accommodation was a great help, showing me where to go and ensuring students knew what was happening. She was clearly passionate about the job and made an effort with both me and the students we interacted with during the shoot. My experience with the other staff members at Circuit was also great, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Whilst Circuit laundry is not my favourite company in the world the customer service is brilliant. I spoke to Tori today as I couldn't find the credit they had given me. She was able to explain where it was very quickly.

Another great visit from Jamie Silcox (Customer Relations Manager). It is always lovely to see Jamie here at Lancaster Uni - bright, cheerful, super helpful, efficient and responsive. If there's something he can't resolve or respond to himself, it is always followed up on our behalf and passed to the relevant member of staff.

Recently, we needed some help with adding some accessibility features to one of our launderettes on site and Jamie had this sorted within 24 hours of me speaking to him. Great in helping us to provide the best student experience here at LU.

I had a great experience with the customer service. Tori was nice and very helpful. The refund was also done in minutes.

The University of strathclyde laundry bar has exceeded my expectations. The machines were well taken care of and well sorted out. Katie was very helpful and lively, we are lucky to have her :) Great overall. She deserves a raise !

Customer service was great. Problem has been solved smoothly. Georgia really did a great job and helped a lot.
