Resolved issues efficiently
I ran into some issues while doing laundry, so I sent an email to explain the problems I needed resolved. The customer service representative Morgan sorted everything out for me promptly. They were understanding of my troubles. I find this staff member highly empathetic toward customers’ feelings and needs, in addition to being extremely quick and efficient in handling matters. Angel Morgan fully deserves recognition for this service!

Couldn’t log in, resolved very swiftly.
I had someone called Ellie help me! Very helpful and allowed me to log back into my account after some trouble. I still struggled with topping up my account but I thought I would wait to see how that goes.
