Produits qui mettent des semaines a arriver, beaucoup plus long que d'autres sites type aliexpress. Nous avons finalement reçu le vêtement au bout de 2 mois, la taille n'était pas bonne. Nous les avons contactés pour faire un retour et après avoir réexpédier a nos frais ça fait 2 mois toujours rien reçu... ni remboursement ni vêtement dans la taille supérieure comme nous l'avions demandé.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE. ordered the Juny jeans on January 12th. It is now March 1st and they still have not shipped. They were supposed to be shipped to me in 12-16 days. Emma Martin, the contact support, is completely useless. They never answer, and when they do, they refuse to refund you your money. I plan on contacting my bank to get my money back. This company is such a disappointment and an absolute waste of time. Save yourself the stress and do not order from here.

They take your money but do not ship the products!

I placed an order and haven't heard from them ever since. I paid during the placement. Took a screenshot of the bill, which is promising 12-16 days international delivery. I saw that they are not going to make it because they have never even shipped out the shirt I paid for!!! The customer support (person named Emma Martin) declines to cancel and refund me, and instead lies straight to my face that the fabric is run out and they will make exclusive shirt for me.. then she stops answering!! They have never ever contacted me saying that some materials were gone so that I need to wait extra, they are just buying time to themselves...

This is a scam. DO NOT BUY from CEDELAR and I also should have trusted real reviews and not fake positive ones!

UPDATE: after making the payment claim with my bank, I unexpectedly got the product from China (no email about shipping or tracking was ever sent to me). The quality of the product is NO good: the button is not attached to the shirt, does not feel like cotton and there is no tag at all that shows materials composition and how to wash the shirt... But the biggest problem still is the CUSTOMER SERVICE: no English skills, unprofessional

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - after reviving my parcel, one of the items was missing. I’ve emailed customer services yet never got a reply. When I messaged them on insta they said I’d be refunded - twice. This never happened and I never received a refund email. Now they’ve stopped replying to me. Quality of the blazer that arrived was beyond poor and the stitching was awful. All made in China

DO NOT BUY

The juny jeans looked NOTHING like they do on the website. I had a friend who ordered them a few months ago and they looked fine, but they must have changed their manufacturer recently because I got cheap, poor quality jeans in the mail yesterday. Super disappointed. Also can’t get a hold of customer service for a refund.

Terrible shipping and terrible clothes

Terrible shipping and terrible clothes. It took me over a month to receive my item and when it showed up looked completely different from the picture, was wayyyy off from the measurements listed, felt like very very cheap material, and smelled like cheap clothing made in china.

Be aware of taxes!

I love the shirt, but the quality of the knit was not good. Also, if you live in scandinavia be aware that they don’t ship from EU like it says on the website, it came from Dubai and i had to pay 50 € in taxes on a 86 € order...

J'ai acheté un trench de très très…

J'ai acheté un trench de très très mauvaise qualité sur le site (coupe approximative, boutons pas cousus droits, doublure trouée dans les poches...) il y a environ 2 mois, trouvé depuis sur Aliexpress... J'ai visiblement été assez bête pour ne pas flairer l'arnaque. Mentionnons aussi le SAV qui se moque de nous, répond de façon familière et hors sujet bien sûr, rien de professionnel. Plus de 130 euros dans le vent (VS 30 sur Aliexpress) !

Not client-friendly!!!

Ordered a coat. No complaints about the quality of the item. But the service is awful. Very big problem to change the size and their excuse to do it is ridiculous. Client support by the email never answers, the Instagram manager is slow and rude.

I wish I had never ordered anything

I’m really sorry, but don’t buy there anything.
1) The quality is horrible
2) I had to pay 75€ customs
3) Now I want to send the whole order (350€) back, I have to pay 75€ again customs.
I’m really sorry, but that’s my truth and I’m allowed to say my opinion.
Now I want to send everything back, but they won’t give me any information how I can return it. I'm already bombing them with E-Mails, to get some informations how I can send the clothes back and get my money back.... looks like I wohnt get my money bag.

It's a big fat SCAM!!!

I didn't do my research before. This website is a huge scam. They have rebranded their Instagram account 5 times so far. They didn't send me anything. Their customer service is not responding to any emails. And I couldn't get a refund on my order. I'm gathering all the necessary documents to get a refund through Paypal. Do not be like me. Do not trust these unknown websites.

Targettée en continue depuis et surtout outrée du contenu du site, des prix exhorbitants pour des articles tous disponibles sur alixpress 5x moins cher, des gens achètent vraiment ces articles et les promeuvent ? des manteaux, aux pulls aux accessoires, ne vous faites pas avoir tout est dispo sur alixpress chez la marque EAM notamment. ça me révolte ! les gens ce genre d’entreprise devraient passer au tribunal. vous prenez les consommateurs pour des pigeons. révoltant.

Pessima esperienza di acquisto online: l'ordine è stato spedito due settimane dopo, da Dubai, ha dovuto passare la dogana, con il risultato che 114 euro sono diventati 165 euro. Il supporto clienti si limita a dire che ci dispiace ma le regole sono queste. Insomma: consegna in 30 giorni, costi doganali a carico dell'acquirente, restituzione a carico dell'acquirente (a Dubai!), diritto di recesso a 14 giorni dall'ordine (non dalla consegna). Insomma una grande fregatura. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

The shipping was 2 months, and I thought that they shipped from France, but no, they shipped from Dubai so I had to pay an extra tariff.. I was really skeptical about the material, but I am happy all In all.

Reseller of cheap clothes

After waiting for 3 weeks I actually thought I was scammed for 300 euros.. luckily then I did got my package (unfortunately had to pay 70,- extra for taxes also). They are literally reselling AliExpress kind of clothes (one actually got a Shein label in it). Half of the clothes are not even that bad, but definitely not worth the money since the quality is not that good. At least I got something for the money I paid and didn’t lose my money completely..
