Pour commencer

Pour commencer, les commentaires sont écrit par l’entreprise et ça se voit.
Ce sont des arnaqueurs, ce sont des produits de dropshipping achetés sur aliexpress. J’ai commandé 4 produits avec une livraison gratuite de max 14 jours, j’ai attendu plus d’1 mois et demi, j’ai payé 40€ de frais de livraison et le pire c’est que le colis n’est pas complet. Les produits puent le petrole dans toute la maison et ne ressemblent PAS DUTOUT à la description. Ils viennent de chine est ne sont même pas propres. L’emballage semblait sortir d’une poubelle et le pire, c’est qu’en essayant de contacter le service client, on me reponds qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire et que c’est de ma faute. PIRE ARNAQUES EVER, N’ACHETEZ JAMAIS CHEZ EUX

Received a completely different colour item...

The item I ordered was a completely different colour and look. The details and pattern were technically the same but the quality and feel was terrible for such a high price. The product photo showed a light brown sweater and the one I received was bright white. On top of that, nobody is responding to my return request. After waiting 13 days to receive this item and their return period being 14 days from the purchase date, I fear that I may have lost a lot of money and be stuck with an ugly, tiny sweater :(

I have ordered 2 weeks ago

I have ordered 2 weeks ago, no news about my order they even didn’t answer to my email.
I’m not sure that I will receive my order one day, so strange as they announce being a French company and I’m in France in the same city as the brand, so 2 weeks and they even haven't send it yet , weird and not a professional customer service.

It can be fraud, worst customer service and shipping

I have ordered a coat in Aug 2020 and I did not receive it till November. their customer service was awful, I really thought this is fraud and I started to take legal action on them. I have request the refund and they were not getting back to me more than 2 weeks.
their is no address and there is no telephone number of Cedelar.
I had a worst experience with them.

Literally all their clothes comes from AliExpress. See for yourself. Wanted to order a 95 Euro dress, it was 29 Euro on Ali.

I love every piece that I ordered

I love every piece that I ordered! My package took a little time to arrive but other than that I am extremely happy! Each item looked exactly as it did on their website! My next order I will make sure I take into account the lead time between when I place my order and when it will arrive. Already adding more items to my cart.❤️❤️❤️

Biggest SCAM

Like so many other state on this website already! An absolut SCAM. I have been waiting for 1,5 months for the products I though I bought from a French brand. They sent me a link that states that the products come directly from China. The status of the link has not changed for a month - no one knows where the parcel is and the brand does not take responsibility for non delivered parcels. Im not sure if I will ever see the parcel nor my money. I have switched it the legal department from PayPal I hope they can help. Absolut waste of time and money

My first experience with scammers

My first experience with scammers. I'm out of 200 euros and pissed. They ship items from China, which is why I waited over a month to receive my items, meanwhile the customer service who can barely speak English responded to me once a week. But wait, it gets better - the quality of clothes is just very very bad. even worse than their customer service. And ofcourse you can return items only if they are damaged.

Misleading and disgusting

Cheap quality for a very expensive price. It comes from China eventhough it’s not said, so you could probably find similar stuff on shein and zaful. It says on the website that you can return your order but when you try to do so they tell you that you can only send back damaged items so you can’t get your money back. This is very misleading, I am actually disgusted.

I am so happy with my purchase from cedelar. I recently ordered few clothes and I must stress on the fact that their shipping was on time, no doubt about the quality it was top notch as usual
I’ve shopped with them before too and they never let me down. Brilliant styles. Brilliant service. Wonderful brand.

i would give 0 stars if i could. slow shipment, no responsibility, worst customer service i've ever experienced. they essentially robbed me of 300 euros. Oh, and the quality of clothes is even worse than their customer service. Actually no, not worse, that's not possible. Liars, scammers, thieves.

Do not buy from this store. I bought clothes from this store. You will waste your money and time.
1. Slow shipment.
2. Items are shipped from China (3 times cheaper on China website).
3. They don't accept return although you get defective items.
