Ordered the cooling blankets. 2 king 1 queen. The kings are the size of a small lap blanket. The queen barley covers your lap. The pictures are a fraud. They also are just very very thing plushy material. They do not cool either other than they are so thin, maybe that is the intent. Would not reccomend this store for any product.

My “Queen size cooling blanket” was the size of a pillow case and not cooling at all.

This is a SCAM! Do not order from them!!!! I ordered a queen size cooling blanket I received a product of the same quality and size of the $5 throws u get at mass retailers at Christmas. They tell you to send a pic then tell you it can’t be returned because you opened it but offer you a 20% refund

I mistakenly placed an order and contacted their support immediately after realizing, less than 30 minutes after.
They held me up by asking unnecessary questions and taking days to respond until the order had "shipped", only to then tell me I would not be able to cancel the order due to that.
It does NOT take days to cancel an order when a request has been received within literal minutes of order creation.
This website IS a scam, their objective is to take advantage of their shoppers. Stay away!

Your customer service is beyond extraordinary. I worked with Maricel on an order I placed and when received it was not as expected or displayed. She was quick to help, very responsive, understood my dilemma and quickly assisted in supporting me through the return/refund policy.
You guys have created a truly wonderful platform where customers are put at ease, assisted every step of the way, and live by what you state on your website.

all reviews. I completely understand your concerns, but they are a business that sells items . Example blankets say Queen or King, yet no dimensions are given. Call or email the message, i did and the person assigned was helpful. I had two choices, clearly mentioned in the return policy that we all fail to read. Yet the support and response I received was truly above what I have seen by many companies. Could they improve, sure. But as consumers we can constructively help by explaining the concern, asking for a response and if still not satisfied ask for next step. This is a common reason companies fail is customers want to be mean, argumentative, and say things like bullies. Help pave the way for good companies to create better support and make it a win for all

I made a one-time purchase from Cedar and Ash, but they signed me up for a hidden subscription using a pre-checked box. I was charged ~$30 without consent. When I disputed the charge, they refused to refund me unless I canceled the dispute — which is sketchy. They gave me a partial refund to avoid being reported. I still haven’t received the product. This site is a scam.

They sent me the wrong size cooling blanket. And only wants to give me 50 off my next order. Why so you can send me the wrong blanket again. Their customer service is horrible. They should just send me the correct thing that I ordered. Even sent pictures of the blanket and the label showing it was a smaller blanket and still nothing.

they sent a diff product than what i ordered then charged me under another name for a membership i did not agree or sign up for. WHEN i contacted them i was told to enjoy my perks for a membership i never agreed to. this place is a joke

I waited for quite awhile and then when I get it, it's not the right thing and you can't get in touch with customer service this is ridiculous

I ordered products from this Company on March 4, 2025. They immediately withdrew the payment in full from my bank. I haven't received the products as of this date May 29, 2025. I've called the company twice. Today the representative advised that I would receive my products in three days. However on the tracking tab on their website still shows only that I placed an order and nothing else.
