Watch out! This is totally scam! Ordered cooling blankets, got two fleece baby blankets instead. And they keep on stealing your money for months after so keep a good eye on your bank account!

The jackets I got were so nice in the video and when I got them - NOTHING like the video. They are awful. Sad.

Won’t even give them a star rating if I had the choice. I bought a cooling blanket, it was a lightweight fleece blanket! Since then they have taken £22.88 on 01/09 and £23.02 on 06/10. After speaking to my bank I will get 1 payment returned and need to be more careful. Watch out for cedar and ash, timber and oaks and also ash and hollows. Definitely scammers

i need to return my order. What I ordered doesn't fit and I can not find how to go about returning it. I have followed all of the instructions and have yet to get to refund request. When I ordered it said easy returns, Big lie!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Awful company - lies and deceives on products then makes it incredibly inconvenient and difficult to get a refund. Only use if interested in throwing your money away.

Dodgy company. I ordered some cooling blankets from them (which incidentally never arrived) and aside from the payment from that, they've gone on to take two more payments from my account, under other tree related names, like Timber and Oaks, and Brooks and Ash. Am currently working with my bank to try and get my £70 back!

This company along with 2 sister companies (Ash and Hollows, Timber and Oaks) they have ads on Facebook about Android Super Boxes claiming user can get all streaming devices free, free ppv, all sports channels for just the 1 time purchase of the super box. WRONG no apps are programmed just listed You click on a app nothing Do not waste your money Once they have your credit card number, they will make a charge for item you did not order.

I ordered a blanket from this company and unfortunately received the wrong product and size. I reached out to customer service hoping for a quick resolution, but instead of offering to correct the mistake, they initially offered me a 20% discount to keep the incorrect item — which I clearly stated I did not want or need.
When I declined, they came back with a 50% discount, but again, that doesn't help when the product is unusable for me. Despite multiple attempts to explain that I simply want a refund or the correct item sent, they seem unwilling to resolve the issue properly.
This has been a frustrating experience and feels like poor customer service. I wouldn’t order from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to others based on how they handled this mistake.
I also discovered that they signed me up for a direct debit without my consent under an adjacent name. I have reported them to my bank
I have got the subscription fees back due to chargeback and my persistence has led the initial 20% refund to increase to 80%. So other buyers out there- refuse the lower refunds.

If I could give this company zero stars or negative Stars I would. The product that they shipped me was not the correct size not even close, their customer service was non-existent, they're shipping policies are garbage. Overall terrible company to try to work with to try to resolve issues with.BUYER BEWARE! I am writing to the Better Business Bureau and Reporting this company for such poor service, poor product representation and overall poor products

Ordered queen size cooling blankets got something small enough for my dog never buy from these people nothing but a rip off

I just got ripped off by this company Cedar and Ash. I made the mistake of buying two at different times. I received the first one and it is smaller than a lap blanket & and the material is fleece. The name on my bank statement is Ash and Hollow. I wish I could put the picture of the so-called blanket that they sent me.

I purchased what I thought were blankets in order to give them as gifts. However, when I received the textiles, they were laughably tiny. I have pictures and will try to attach. The queen size blanket that they sold for $40 wouldn't even cover my torso. The king size blanket which was also $40 was twice as big and barely covered form the tips of my toes to under my sternum. Very disappointing. The craftsmanship used to stitch the fabric and finish the edges was done extremely badly. The fabric bunches and pulls. The craftsmanship is so bad that these so-called blankets will not work as baby blankets.
Shipping back to China is not an option because of expense. So I am left to eat the costs. Learn from my mistake, and do not buy from these swindlers. I would have given zero Stars that were an option.

Supposed to have received 2 king size blankets and I only got one item, not even twin sized. Then they also charge you for a membership without permission or authorization.

Then they come back and say sorry we’ll refund half when I didn’t get both items or the correct items to start with. Sorriest customer service I’ve seen.

Ordered cooling blanket in a queen size, received a blanket that would fit a small baby doll and the blanket wasn't even cooling. When questioned about this they offered a 20% refund or I could return at my cost. This site is a joke, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Waste of my time and money.

Do not buy it's a scam! First they started taking money out of my bank way before I ever got the blanket for some membership I signed up for that I did not sign up for! Then I'm waiting for this blanket and I call and they say it takes a full 30 days to get. Made it to Los Angeles and it still took over a week And a half to get to me in Arizona from California. And it gets even shadier because it went through Washington and the blanket (the joke) that I received was from a person in Redmond Washington though it started in China! So after much talking I got my refund on this membership I didn't sign up for waited about 30 days for this joke to show up and what is it It's a very small lap blanket that you can get for 5 bucks at Walmart or Target during the holidays. It doesn't cool at all Not on either side I don't know how these people are allowed to do what they do. Just a cheap piece of material with some awful stitching!

They're a massive scam like everyone else has stated. It's false advertisement for cooling blankets. Then, they make additional transactions through your pay method later on. Will only offer 20% refund. I suggest you take action and file at reportfraud.ftc.gov if you've been affected.

Well I feel stupid because I didn’t check these reviews before I ordered. I also ordered the queen size cooling blanket and received a little small infant blanket. When I contacted them they wanted pictures of the blanket and then offered me 20% and I could keep the blanket.
They also tried to charge my account $29.99 but thankfully I didn’t have money in that account.
This company is an absolute rip off. Don’t order from them.

Absolute garbage. Not at all what was ordered. Not he the right size. Not the right color. Customer service is responsive but expects me to pay to return this trash.
