I ordered 2 blankets queen size. I received 2 baby size blankets. They wanted to refund 20% of my order. I refused and sent he letter to the AG of my state and reminded them that it was consumer fraud.

Order #165781 Received confirmation of my order on 08/18/25 Confirmation could not ship because of address provided.
I replied on 08/19/25 that the address is correct. I gave a P.O. Box number in Hawaii with correct zip code for all U.S. Postal Service transaction. I also included my resident address in Hawaii below the PO number using the same zip code. (I live across the highway from the Post Office so I do not get mail delivered to my actual resident address. However if a company uses FedX DHL UPS etc. sometimes Amazon, they need the resident address)

Unfortunately, the state listed in your shipping address falls outside the range of our current delivery service. If you’re able to provide an alternative address within a different state, we’d be happy to update your order and proceed with delivery.
Alternatively, if that's not possible, we can cancel and refund your order in full.

Really!!!! Hawaii is a state of the United States of America. I have never been refused delivery on any items because our state is outside someoneʻs jurisdiction! Cancel my order and return my funds immediately!!!!!! I will purchase from some other more reputable company within the United States that does ship to Hawaii. You need to say you do not ship to Hawaii on your website!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would've. I ordered TWO queen sized blankets and they were smaller than a throw blanket. It's a pet blanket basically. They only offered me to pay for sending them back or a 20% refund. I'm going for back surgery and can't send them back.

Absolutely a rip off!! I ordered 3 cooling blankets, 2-king sized and one queen. What I received are three tiny and fuzzy blankets. One is small enough for my cat. The other two are only slightly larger. They are no more than 4 feet long and 3 feet wide. Totally useless! There is nothing cooling about these blankets. They are more like winter lap blankets instead. If I want to return them, I have to pay shipping fees. They also tried to charge my credit card two times after my items shipped, so I locked my card.

BEWARE! Do not purchase on line from a company called Ash and Timbers or Cedar and Ash. (They go by both names). Once you place the order, you may, or may not, get what you ordered. Then they use your credit card every month to process a "membership" you never authorized. They will NOT give you a refund of the unauthorized charges. They are ripping people off. SCAM. This is the blanket they sent me. I got the VIP stopped and I will call in the morning and tell them what I think about the blanket I’M VERY DISPLEASED AND DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! SUPPOSED TO BE A QUEEN SIZE, MY ASS!!!!!! FURTHER MORE CAME FROM HOUSTON TX NOT EVERY IT STATED FROM CHINA ON THE PACKAGE DELIVERY SERVICES

I ordered a large cooling blanket, and the only thing they got right was the colour. Instead of a cooling blanket, I received a small microfibre fleece. Not only did they send the wrong item, but they also tried to take $29.99 from my account, even though I had already said no to membership. I have had to order a new bank card because I can't trust that they won't try to take the money again.

Ordered cooling blanket in a queen size, received a piece of material not large enough to cover a 2ftx3ft piece of material. Requested refund and I’d have to pay shipping to return their little piece of material if they could only offer 20%refund. Also tried taking a membership fee which I specifically said no to when placing order. Terrible company. SCAMMERS. Do not order.

Absolute scam! Ordered a cooling blanket but got a crappy piece of material. Wouldn't offer a full refund either. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

It took over a month for it to get delivered. They are smaller than a normal sized bath towel and aren't cooling blankets at all. They are a joke. Do not buy!!!

DO NOT BUY!!!! Not only did my blankets(I bought two) come SEVERELY late(took over a month). THEYRE THE SIZE OF A PILLOW CASE! DO NOT BUY, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY!

They supposedly sent the item but I never received. Emailed many times and they keep saying the tracking said delivered. I still don't have it. They told me to make a report with the post office but still won't refund my money. So now I have to dispute with my bank. They are a scam. I wish I had read reviews before this it would have saved me not only my money but aggravation. I'm still fighting them for my refund

Ordered a queen size "cooling blanket" which arrived 5 weeks later. Instead of a queen size cooling blanket I got a small felt lap size blanket. This company is a scam and should be shut down for false advertisement. Not recommended to any one this company is nothing but a joke

If I could take away the only star I would. I order 5 queen size cooling blankets spending over $50.00 dollars and received blankets I could have bought at our local dollar store cheap small fleece blankets. Then was charged another $30 for a subscription I never agree to. I have been emailing this company and they offered me a 20% refund. For blankets then wants me to take a screen shot of my bank account to prove they charged more money under a different name timber and ash. Um no thank you I’m not sending you information for you to scam me and steal more money. Stay far away from this company or any of the names affiliated. They will scam and steal your money

Not sure how sites like this can be taken down but 100% a scam. Preying on people is this companies business.

This company is a scam i ordered a King size deep grey cooling blanket but receive a very small cheap lighter grey fleece throw instead 😡😡😡😡No joy in refund avoid at all cost

I ordered a queen size cooling blanket, but recieved a tiny couch throw,made from some cheap polyester matetial, and certainly not cooling!
Contacted the company about refunds and returns but nothing was offered.
They charged me an unauthorized 'subscription service" of 24 euros. When I challenged them on this there was no offer of refund.
So avoid them at all costs!!!

This company is NOT A COMPANY JUST A SCAM! Ordered 3 queen size cooling blankets, after 3 months finally received 3 pieces of some felt like material the size of a hand towel!
All they keep saying is I pay to ship back! Even tho their return policy says they pay to return if wrong item ships!

I ordered 2 cooling blankets. One was suppose to be queen sized and the other 50" × 60".
The blankets I received were doll size! Maybe 50cm × 60cm and no where near queen size.
Contacted them and received an email stating i could pay to return them or they would give me 20% refund. What a joke

I've read the other complaints and mine is the same as everyone's i got a bath towel size "cooling blanket " that wasn't cool just cheap and got the same offers from scam headquarters 10% then 20% then 50% off so I just told them it would be easier to file a complaint and give bad reviews on all social media platforms

I ordered 4 queen sized cooling blankets which were described as having different materials on either side. I received 4 small rectangles of a thin fleece material, single sided, barely big enough to cover your lap, with no label giving fabric composition or fire safety.
I contacted the company who advised I could return them at my expense as per their return policy (I checked their website and could not find mention of the customer having to pay to return) but they did not give me a return address. They offered 20% refund and I could keep the items, and did not give a returns address. I advised I wanted to return the items, as they were not as described or fit for purpose. They then offered 50% refund and I could keep the items. Still did not give a returns address.
They also tried to bill me for a monthly membership fee which was hidden in the small print with no opt-in option.
Avoid - this is a complete scam.
